Thanks to Guy and all the staff at Lafitte! I couldn’t make my trip a year ago and this property does not do refunds but they did honor my credit for a year after my intended trip date. I worked with Guy to arrange my new trip and he made it happen! All the staff I worked with both over the phone and at the hotel were truly kind and accommodating. And to top it all off, we had the most beautiful room with a balcony seeing down the entirety of Bourbon street! We didn’t have any ghost experiences, but I will be returning whenever I come back to New Orleans. Thank you Lafitte Hotel!

Staff was excellent. Property is very New Orleans. Lots of history and unique. Not going to get a full nights sleep here being so close to Lafitte’s Bar. Room was nice and balcony was fun for people watching. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A gem on Bourbon Street

This 19th century residence converted to a hotel shows its age, but that is part of its charm. Great location in the French Quarter. It can get noisy at times, but one doesn't stay on Bourbon Street for the peace and quiet. Excellent value. A connected bar and cafe serve all needs other than a restful sleep after a night of fun. Service was excellent.
