Family first visit to NOLA--great place to stay!

Our daughter wanted to visit New Orleans without the focus being on the French Quarter nighttime craziness. This was just the right distance from the city for us to take in all the food and fun. The place was great.

Nice and clean place in New Orleans

The house is as presented on the website, very clean and well maintained. Very responsive host. We were 3 families and enjoyed our stay in New Orleans for the new year 2025. Having a car is recommended when staying at this property.

In town for Homecoming festivities

The check in process was easy and seemless. The neighborhood is quiet but easily accessible to main thoroughfare. The house was spacious and very clean. We were in town for Homecoming festivities for Xavier University and the location was convenient to all venues. It was unseasonably warm for November and the host made sure to assist very quickly when we had an issue with the A/C.... all was fixed before we returned that evening. Communication with the host was very easy and response time was immediate.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! So clean, comfy beds, easy check-in, and the host was always available. And the snacks and Mardi gras beads were a nice touch!

Amazing Stay!

Words don’t do this place justice. This stay felt like home. Everything was clean, location felt safe, and the host was available at all times. Another thing I have to mention, is the feeling we felt entering the home. Music was playing upon entry, which truly set the tone for our trip. The bedrooms were neat and bathrooms essentials were available. Most importantly, we weren’t a far drive away from anything. Thank you again for an amazing stay, definitely best place to book in NOLA.

Rough area adequately nice home

This home is in the 9th ward. If you’re from out of town you should research that and understand where you will be. The home was clean and spacious and convenient to the French Quarter, which was great. Delores was communicative and helpful.

Family weekend in New Orleans

The house is Beautiful! Very clean and well equipped inside and well kept on the outside. Delores is a wonderful host and very responsive. We gave the location three stars only because at first glance and not being from New Orleans or knowing the area well, it can look 3 star but during our stay we never felt unsafe and met a couple of the neighbors while outside who were very welcoming and friendly. We will stay here again. Thank you so much Delores!

Family Central Meet up

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing! Mrs. Delores was very attentive and responsive. The house was close to everything whether yoy wanted to drive or uber. I would definitely recommend this home to any trying to vacation in New Orleans!

Women’s Weekend Getaway

There were three of us that met in New Orleans for the weekend and we were very happy with this house. The off street parking was great! The house was exactly as listed and we had no problems during our 4 day stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Magnolia House

Delores was an awesome host! She was very professional and easy to get in touch with whenever I had any questions. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean…exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was safe and within a short distance from almost anywhere you’d want to go. I look forward to staying there again.

Magnolia House

Delores was excellent to work with. House was clean and very beautiful. Location was excellent. Several neighborhood streets were very bad but there were ways to get around them. Kitchen utensils were minimal. Excellent location for parking your vehicle.

Super clean home, great location, and THE BEST HOST!

The home was super clean and matched the description perfectly! The home is in the 9th Ward of New Orleans, but is far from typical of the stereotypical 9th Ward homes. I said that to say this... Don't let it's location scare you off. The home is by far the nicest home in that area, and we had ZERO issues while staying there for a whole month. All of the neighbors were super nice and inviting! We even got invited to attend the local church, which was less than a block away. Now on to the host... Mrs. Delores was by far THE BEST host that I've ever had! She was attentive, communicated effectively and promptly, and was available day and night! From the time I booked the home, until after I checked out (she even called me after we left to let me know that I had some packages that were delivered after we checked out, and I was able to go back and get them), Mrs. Delores was nothing short of amazing! 100%, without doubt, I will stay here again should my work bring me back to the NOLA area!

Family trip to celebrate birthday and visit NOLA

Very clean house. Close to many bars and restaurants. Semi close to French Quarter but easy to get there in 10-15 minutes. Owner was great to work with and responds very quickly!

Nicely updated home

The pictures online are very accurate. Home was very clean, beds were comfortable. Home is nicey updated in older neighborhood. Short drive to anywhere you want to go. Delores was very responsive to any inquiries. Would stay here again.

This rental was nice & the stay was pleasant. It was as if the pictures came to life.

Our host, Delores, was awesome! She was always on hand for our needs, although we never had to call on her since she made everything comfortable & available to us. We were comforted knowing she was just a phone call/text away. The home was clean and set up beautifully. And the location was perfect. We were able to access all events & sites planned with a 10-15min car ride. Would definitely consider this rental again if we travel to NOLA in the future.
