Lovely peaceful location just around the corner from the beach. Small shop, cafes and bar near by, we’d recommend a visit to the ice cream parlour - lots of flavours with vegan and doggy options. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. Check-in was seamless and the host responded quickly to all communications. Only downside was no enclosed outside space for our dogs

Great apartment

What a beautiful location and very spacious apartment very high standard we used the kitchen, had all the items needed for cooking plus lovely welcome pack. Looking forward to our next stay would highly recommend.

Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

Super apartment, over the road from the sea. 2 great cafe/bar/restaurants within 2 mins walk. Very clean and modern apartment with parking outside the front door.

Brilliant!

We’re a family of four and stayed for one night while visiting relatives over the Xmas break. Lovely modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location! We didn’t use them as we had plans, but it was a lovely touch to have breakfast supplies provided such as bread, eggs, jam etc, along with tea, coffee and milk. I shall definitely be looking this property up again next time we visit the area.

Surprising

It was a real surprise, the apartment seemed brand new, all renovated. Everything we needed was there, including breakfast supplies, and the owner was kind enough to give us a late check out at short notice.

Great accommodation

Nice stay. The apartment was very well layed out. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was to a high standard. The owner had left everything you would need. The bread, milk, tea, coffee extra was a great added bonus. Your close.to sea, local pub, and pizza house.

Super Accommodation

Brilliant accommodation, very smart and we all absolutely loved it. Definitely would go back again. Communication was excellent. Only one little niggle but nothing to do with the the property as such, I was dropping my car back during the day (about 4pm) and couldnt get parked as someone was having their car serviced outside the property so nonparking spaces. I did find a space across the road so all ok in the end.

Lovely flat but hidden charges & diff checkout

Booked for 2 people - on Hotels.com confirmation it confirmed double bed and sofabed - perfect for my brother and I. After we arrived and the host met us, I received a text message asking if we needed to use the sofabed and if so, we needed to leave £15 on the side before we left (I mean, I love my brother but I don't want to share a bed with him). We confirmed we needed the sofabed and the host came over and gave us bedding. It was irritating because we don't normally use cash, so had to find a cash point, then sort out change from £20 note when we were on our way to celebrate our folks' anniversary. Next morning we received another message to tell us checkout was by 10am. On Hotels.com the checkout time was 10:30. I mentioned this in my reply and said we'd be leaving by 10:30am (we were waiting for our folks to give us a lift to the station). It seems that the information on the Hotels.com booking were not the same as host expected.
