「Everything was clean, just the room is in need of a good update, everything seemed tired. Staff were helpful.」

「Was only there for one night and late in and out early. Staff were always available to help out. Property has been renovated so basic, but clean and comfortable room. There are ongoing renovations and building but it didn’t impact the quality of stay」

「The staff was great and it’s a beautiful venue, unfortunately there was no AC, food at breakfast ran out, the noise level from dogs, other guest and parties was intolerable. Lastly, the spa sauna was broken and the hot tub as well.」

「He turned up and the room was a state. Not cleaned. McDonald’s takeaway all over the place and it smelt. Window open etc. Awful condition. 」

「I don’t usually post negative comments but feel on this occasion it’s require based on the room rate. Our room including bathroom was slightly tired and is in need of a refreshment and lacked your normal toiletries for this level of hotel. The mini fridge compressors was very loud and as such led to both nights of poor sleep, not ideal when you book a weekend away to recover. However, the main building was very beautiful and had a nice lounge to relax in the evening.」

「Was disappointed as I booked with Expedia, expecting to be able to use the facilities at the hotel. On checking in, I enquired about the facilities and was informed that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to use the pool and gym and get breakfast included. To use the gym and pool, I would have to pay extra.」
