「Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. 「I chose this place at the very last minute. It was all that I expected and wanted and more: two bedrooms with three beds, a comfortable living space, two full bathrooms, kitchen with all the basic necessities, TV in each bedroom and in the living room, a dining table and chairs, an outside porch with table, a big open space, and grill, easy parking and access, quiet, .and access to two pools. 「Coziest, most welcoming place we have ever stayed. Beds were comfy, couch perfect for movie watching by the fireplace! Playing Ms. Pac-Man was such a blast from the past. All the little extras, from the toiletries to the s’mores supplies made our stay unforgettable. Jacob (our dog) loved watching the animals from the window and walking the Corkscrew Rail Trail. Dillon provided the best recommendations for food and fun. Norte Azul is an absolute must. The crispy chicken empanadas was amazing....

「When we entered the room, there was a very bad smell of stale air, dust, and dampness. Many areas were dusty, and the kitchen utensils were incredibly dirty—we couldn’t even touch them. The bathroom was old, the water pressure was very low, and the sink was clogged. The bed was uncomfortable, with one side sunken in. The sheets and pillows did not seem to have been washed, and the duvet was thrown inside the closet. We could not spend any time in the room at all and only came back to sleep.」
