「This was our second year staying at this property and we're already planning next year's. It's the perfect getaway, ideal for unplugging and recharging. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely it is to sit near the wood stove in the living room, chat, laugh, reconnect and unwind. Very clean, well equipped, and host is very responsive. Definitely recommend!」

「My family enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The house had every amenity you would need, and even more games & fun for the kids than we anticipated. It’s remote, but still close enough to grocery stores and charming restaurants. The host, Matt, exceeded host expectations with excellent communication before and throughout our stay. He was extremely kind to offer many local restaurants and trails to better our stay. I hope to be back soon!」

「one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.」

「We had a lovely stay in the Catskills at the Rainbow Ranch. The beds were comfortable and the back deck was a great place to sit to relax and take in the scenery. There was a village not far where we could do some grocery shopping or eat out. Looking forward to visiting again. 」

「Nice and beautiful house. The way that we looked. Montana style. Unfortunately the kitchen was dirty and for me this area and bathrooms are the most importantly rooms to be cleaned. The coffee machine was disgusted. Bathroom was ok, just the mirror and tub was dirty. There was garbage left outside around the fire place and food on the chair outside ( sun rom area). To us the mattress are too soft and we didn’t sleep well till last night when we try the other bedroom which has a better mattress....

「This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!」
