Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful time here. The location was peaceful and tranquil. We all left refueled and in joyful spirits. Chris was very responsive to our requests and answered our questions promptly. We were expecting the stairs so that didn’t bother us at all, but we did underestimate the steep incline (especially at the dock entrance) if you stay, make sure those staying can handle that type of access to the lake. The lake itself was gorgeous, the view literally breathtaking. The sunrise is amazing! Grab a cup of coffee and chill out on the back balcony, a great way to start your day! Thank you, we had a lovely girl’s weekend!

Relaxing weekend getaway

Sunrise and moon rise was beautiful and the master bedroom had the perfect view of them both. The dock was nice to relax and swim and fish. Perfect place to relax and spend some family time together.

Nice Lake House

The steps down to the lake are steep and rickety in some places, but the private dock was great for fishing and relaxing by the water. The location is fairly remote, so we were glad we brought food with us. The house had all the essentials (coffee, clean beds, amazing view), and we had a good time during our stay. If you're looking for a quiet weekend getaway, this is a good choice.

Amazing lake trip!

We had the best time ever enjoying this property! Be prepared for a lot of climbing up and down the stairs but it was good for us we enjoyed the exercise! It was just what we were looking for ! We had fun using the kayaks and swimming from the dock! We will definitely be back again! The host was very helpful and replied quickly with any questions we had!

Good location, property needs attention

This property is in a great location, has a beautiful view. We were very disappointed with condition. The bathroom had not been cleaned in a while, no washcloths, one used dish sponge. Ants in kitchen. Communication with owner was decent. Overall we made do and had a decent stay but would not stay again. Property has a lot of potential, hopefully will improve if more attention given to cleaning and upkeep.

Wonderful and relaxing

We just wanted a quiet place to relax for a couple of days by the lake and this was the perfect place!! Host was very nice and suggested excellent restaurants to eat at. Very clean and comfortable with all the necessities!! Beautiful view from the deck to drink my coffee in the morning!!

Relaxing and rejuvenating

We had a hard time leaving the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the lake. It was the rest we needed in the middle of a cross country move: so nice!
