Sitting on Water St across the street from the marina and right down the side street of the Stray Dog, you couldn't get closer to the action if you here for the lake, boating or being in the middle of downtown.

This 3 story townhouse is part of an association which includes an outdoor heated pool for the summer. The main floor consists of the living space, kitchen, dining and full bath with access to a 1 car garage. There is parking for two in the driveway.

Upstairs holds the primary bedroom, shared bath and one guest bedroom with two twin beds.

The lower level consists of the 3rd bedroom. The lower level is considered the bedroom with space for the bed and TV and sitting area also. There is also a full bath in the basement. Great space for kids to separate or for the adults who like their own privacy in the house.

Sit on the front porch, upstairs balcony and watch the boats come past, activity around town, or a perfect summer sunset. Walk to the shops, restaurants, grocery store or come into town on the Amtrak and it's just a couple of minute walk to getaway!

Association rules require 7 night stay all summer long.
