Centrally located near Lake Dunlap, you will be just minutes away from downtown New Braunfels, Historic Gruene, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and both the Comal and Guadalupe rivers.

The Maverick`s unique A-frame shape leaves room for a queen bed, beautiful walk-in shower, and kitchenette that can be used to whip up a meal inside, or reheat local foodie finds.

Along with the whole home, guests will have access to the shared common space on the property that features deck seating shaded by mature oaks, a double hammock, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a tire swing and more!

Upon arrival of your stay, you will be contacted with the unique access code for the smart lock. If you need anything during your stay don`t hesitate to reach out.

The Maverick sits as Four Oaks` smaller-sized vacation rental. Dean`s Den is our second modern A-frame one-bedroom studio, whereas Hadley`s House is our largest rental available at 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Creed`s Cottage fits right in the middle with its ability to sleep 5 between the master bedroom, loft, and living room. 2. No smoking in the house or on the property. Smoking in the house or on the property will result in a fine of up to $250
3. No events/parties on property
4. Four Oaks guests may only use the parking space assigned to them, and may not enter or park along the fire access road. If you need additional parking, please contact your host.
5. Only the allowed number of guests defined in the booking are allowed to stay at the home you have booked. If it is found other guests are staying at the home without permission from hosts, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Missing towels will be charged at $20/towel
