Remarkable waterfront condo overlooking the gorgeous Comal River!

Rapids 104 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.
Master: 1 King
2nd Bedroom: 1 King

Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, a washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
Regular drip coffee maker and coffee included. The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups.
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.

Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!

We really enjoyed our four-day weekend! The condo was spacious, comfy and well-stocked. And the location was perfect to enter the Comal and float for 1.5 to 2.5 hours to the last public exit. We even walked back to the condo (about 15 minutes)!

We had a great stay!!! A nice condo to stay in for a long weekend. Also great the river is so close. All access to everything and instructions were left in the condo with no issues. We would stay at this condo again or another property in the future.

A Great Place on the Comal

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and well decorated apartment on a beautiful section of the Comal River. We especially appreciated that tubes were provided with the rental and that the river can be enjoyed on the property. Also, the elevator was very helpful for my 81 year old father to get to and from the 2nd floor apartment with ease. We plan to return for another visit.

Clean and good location

We stayed here because it was close to the beer festival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. It has access to the river and they provide tubes. Would definitely stay here again. It would be perfect for 2 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stayed 3 this beautiful condo that’s right on the Comal river. It had all we needed already with a fully stocked kitchen, 4 tubes (not inflated), BBQ area and river access. Note to newbies: plan your getting in place and getting out place based on how long you want to float. The management was helpful too. Enjoy the cool water, it’s refreshing in the heat for sure!

the location was perfect. right on the river. plenty of room for 4. deer every where is a nice touch. very secure condos. I wish they would have told us the coffee situation better - we could have brought our own k-cups.

Perfect Location and Perfect rental for Couples

The location couldnt get any better. Walking distance from our favorite spots and perfect location for a 2 hour float and walk home with your provided Tubes. We will definitely be back.

Condo on the Comal

The condo was very clean and in a perfect location overlooking the Comal river. The beds were comfortable, the condo was roomy, and it had all the amenities we needed. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy.
