Parking space is literally 10 yards from the door. Corner unit. Very quiet.
• Bbq & fire pits, smoker, picnic tables, paddle ball, horseshoes, corn hole, 1 Stand Up Paddleboard, Tubes, & River Chairs available for your use!
Golf Cart & Kayak's available to rent!

9 min Walk to Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Moxies, Wine bars, Shopping. Great for bachelorette parties, bro hangs, Gruene hall shows & much more!
Our eco-friendly, low impact condo-plex utilizes minimal footprint on a sprawling green escape of 2.5 acre grounds fronting river with rapids AND calm waters for swimming, beautiful trees & plenty of rocks to sit & relax or jump from.
3 bedrooms and 2 baths, on the FIRST/GROUND floor. Exit right off your private shaded outdoor balcony onto park like grounds out to river! No steep hills to climb as homes on other side of river have.
• Variety of flora & fauna & animal sightings abound. Dine on our outdoor private deck then retreat to an evening gathering, gazing up to a starry night with the Gruene Water Tower in background & reflect on the day while savoring nostalgic smore’s. Retire the night, not in a sleeping bag with a tree root in your back!, but in a plush memory foam bed under comfy linens.
• Immerse in the condo’s whimsical bohemian aesthetic with inspiration from the artist and music scene of central Texas. Enjoy time well spent in nature but close enough to walk to the town of Gruene for some town & country life.

Helpful Host, Great Location

The host was very accommodating, and the location couldn't have been better. Easy access on the first floor for older folks, close to town, with the beautiful river in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in great location

My husband and I along with another couple stayed here and would definitely recommend. Mark was very friendly and helpful in resolving a ceiling fan issue promptly. The condo is well maintained, clean, comfortable and in walking distance to the Gruene Historic District on the river. We especially enjoyed that we could walk there and enjoyed the variety of live music nightly and wonderful restaurants. We ate at the Grustmill, Gruene River Grill and Del Rio Cantina. We also ate at Coopers BBQ and Blacks BBQ but had to drive a short distance. All places we great!

We had three couples go to Gruene to watch the UT football game along with going to a concert that night. Plenty of places to choose to eat and have cocktails. Wonderful little place to stay and close to Gruene central.

IT WAS PERFECT

WHAT A SHORT TRIP WE HAD BUT SO MUCH FUN THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT IN ALL WAYS. GREAT LOCATION AND CLEAN. IT WAS SO NEAT WATCHING A HERD OF DEER RUN THROUGH I DO MEAN AT LEAST 50-100 DEER ALL AT ONCE. I WOULD DEF RENT THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT.

Great place & location!

Our stay was great - the condo is spacious, clean, and so close to Gruene. We walked to and from Gruene without issue. The kids enjoyed that the river was so close - we were able to pack lunches and eat on picnic tables down by the river which was so convenient with small kids. My husband commented multiple times on the condo (great location / great space) and he usually doesn’t have much to say on places we stay!

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great first floor condo. It was clean with high end appliances and decor. The owner was amazing to work with, quick to respond to questions, which made our stay even better. The condo is a quick walk to downtown and all of the shops and restaurants so there was no need to move our truck during our stay. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in Gruene.

We had a great stay in Gruene. The place was very clean and had a great layout for our group, which included our 95 year old grandmother! Very easy to get to and get around and beautifully appointed.

Better than expected

I've rented many and I always feel like something was false advertised..But Mark was great ,his communication, price, and willingness to accommodate my needs were meet..Location was great, river was right in the backyard, home was beautiful and clean, didn't feel the need to use my own sheets and towels.. Equipped with everything in the bathroom and kitchen. TV has many channels. AC was comfortable.

Fantastic Weekend

****WALKING DISTANCE TO GRUENE**** My husband, our kids aged 15-23 had an absolute blast. Condo was perfectly equipped with super soft towels, sheets, plenty of pillows, coffee maker, ice maker in freezer, and top of the line appliances. Water pressure was fantastic. We spent the days stand up paddle boarding and floating in the cool river that we just walked down to. Host was extremely responsive before, during, and after our stay. We loved it here!!!!
