「Excellent weekend getaway for young families. Walkable to beach, downtown new Baltimore, and some other restaurants. Great spot!」

「Property lawn was not mowed before our arrival. Grass was at most, a foot tall. It took several calls to get it mowed the following day. We were very disappointed. Neighbors told us they had asked the host to mow two weeks prior to our arrival. Negligent.Ladder on the dock is extremely dangerous and difficult to use. Needs to be replaced.Picnic table was peeling paint, splinters, and unusable.Easy fixes to make this an enjoyable stay. This place just needs a little love.」

「Great host」

「A wonderful place to stay. A few issues (minor) with some receptacles not working. Great hostess!」

「It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few...

「Super cleanNice quiet neighborhood Couple of people walking by when we were pulling waved when we did - that’s always a good sign House has lots of room Not super homey feeling with a lot of decorations but very functional Communication with the host was very good」

「Very nice home. Spacious, comfy, clean. Very accommodating. Communication top-tier. Would most definitely recommend and stay here again. 」

「THE LOCATION OF THIS PROPORTY WAS BAD AND THERE WERE NO TOWELS AND」

「Great place for a getaway. Great neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Plenty of space for our party of 5. Only suggestion would be to get a larger shower curtain for the downstairs bathroom - it was a little difficult trying to maneuver the curtain so water wouldn’t get everywhere. The only thing I would change about the place if it were possible is replacing the upstairs tub with something more user friendly for everyone. Those are minor details just for suggestions. We...

「Shu and Christne are wonderful hosts. They checked in several times and reminded me to let them know if we needed anything. The house was very comfortable, and the cozy neighborhood and location were great for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.」

「It was clean and nice」

「Home is definitely not worth the price. If you make a complaint to the Host they’re going to say whatever is wrong is your fault. We had no AC in July. We had no hot water for days and the Host response was we were using too much hot water which we never had to begin with. Kitchen is not stocked like the description and the host is just an outright, nasty individual definite, slumlord」

「We were there for a family outing. Location was perfect and not far from family function. Our second time staying there and no major complaints. The place does need a few repairs, but overall I would recommend. 」

「Our family was in town for an important event, and the MotorCityBnB was absolutely perfect for us! Angela was especially helpful and accommodating. Will definitely look to stay there again in the future. Thank you Angela!」

「The house was nice. I My family absolutely LOVEDDDD the house!!! it was a beautiful home and the host was perfect. Kept in contact with me and made himself available. I cannot say ANYTHING wrong!! Really Enjoyed My Stay!!! Thanks for having us.」

「This was a great stay I would stay again」

「The house was clean. We found wet towels in the laundry and no trash bags. The outdoor trash cans were both full. The mattress in the back bedroom is worn out.We couldn't sit in the back yard due to the neighbors dogs. Also the garbage disposal doesn't work. We won't stay again.」

「We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. 」
