"Lovely property, the house was nice and clean, great location. We didn't use the pool as it was not the best weather, but if we had any criticism it would be that the pool floor and walls could do with a good clean, they were a bit dirty."

"Found the perfect stopover for our drive down to the South of France. The apartment was really well appointed and was really impressed with the setting and facilities. The cathedral backdrop just added to the experience and was the best alarm clock for our check out the next morning. Was a shame it was just a brief stay, and we’ll be sure to check the availability on our next French adventure. Great apartment, and superb hosts … merci"

"Excellent week-end dans ce logement, très agréable et très calme, le jardin est bien équipé avec le salon, nous avons mangé dehors avec plaisir, les oiseaux sont nombreux et nous avons eu la sensation ďêtre à la campagne. Le logement est bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut. Notre hôte Thomas est vraiment très gentil et c'est très agréable ďêtre reçu par lui.De plus j'ai dû le contacter pendant le séjour, il a répondu rapidement à ma demande.Je recommande ce gîte et je n'hésiterai pas à...

"Logement tout à fait conforme aux photos, tres propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. L'appartement est en rez-de-chaussée donc on ne souffre pas de la chaleur a cette saison et la rue est peu passante. il est bien situé pour tout faire à pied le revers c'est de trouver où se garer car dans la rue pas possible et autour zone bleu limitée du lundi au samedi. Nous avons eu une panne d'eau chaude mais le service de conciergerie a été disponible même tard et ultra réactif pour remettre en route, bravo."

"We had a wonderful time in Joëlle's beautiful house. It's located in a picturesque area in the countryside near the Loire and has a lovely garden with a big swimming pool. Joëlle was very welcoming, warm and generous throughout our stay. We would like to visit again in the future!"

"The holiday home in Rouy is a solid choice for a quiet retreat, It’s well-furnished and comfortable, with enough space for our group, The location is nice, but I would recommend a car for getting around as many attractions are a bit far, Overall, a pleasant stay"

"Appalling place. Dirty, not the room that was booked. Walls in bedroom filthy. Shower awful with heavy mold. No wardrobe as such. Toilet filthy and no paper provided. Walls stained and marked. Carpet disgustingly filthy. Reception closed, had to ring twice before manager arrived. Downstairs unclean and very shabby. Did not stay as was concerned about catching something. Have stayed in cheaper places for one night which was cleaner, better facilities and reception open. Expedia should be ashamed to have put their name to this place as it should be condemned!!!!! If we could have given zero stars we would have! Avoid at all costs. No close parking."

"It didn’t say anywhere that this apartment is part of an old age home. The pictures of the communal spaces for the property are for the use of the care home residents. All of the property facilities are clearly for elderly residents. The shower room is designed for wheelchair users. I’d understand if the property was advertised as being designed for disabled people, but it is just because it is part of a care home. They are clearly just renting out rooms they’ve been unable to sell to elderly residents. Most of the things in the room had been bought from Amazon Basics, so you have an idea of the level of investment and care going into the property. The apartment was filled with bugs crawling all over the walls and windows and we couldn’t wait to leave. Not exactly an apartment, and certainly somewhere you’d want to spend as little time as possible."
