「Location was convenient and quiet. Huge home plenty of beds for everybody. Pool and hot tub was nice our party enjoyed our stay here!」

「Host was very attentive and responsive and the size of the house was great. However, the condition of the house was very disappointing. Not clean, floors disgusting, coffee pot was moldy. Lacking many items in the kitchen. Knives, 1,2,3 or 5 qt pans, mixing/serving bowls. Broken can opener. Not enough bath towels and only 2 kitchen towels. Wine cooler not working. Kitchen sink had a crack and water leaked everywhere. No instruction for operating TVs. Not adequate furniture. 4 chairs and 2 sofas...

「I rented this place Because of what was described. Yes it was clean Yes it a newer development. (1.THIS PLACE IS NOT A VILLA (2. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE 8 PLUS BATH. (3.THIS IS 2 5BED ROOM 2 1/2 BATH HOMES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ONE ANOTHER. IT ONLY HAS 4 FULL BATH BETWEEN THE 2 HOMES. OF COURSE THIS WAS AN INCONVENIENCE WITH THE GROUP WE HAD. I ASK FOR EARLY CHECK IN DIDN'T RECEIVE HOUSE INFO UNTIL A FEW MIN. BEFORE 4PM . RESPONSE TIME WAS POOR UP UNTIL WE NEEDED TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION ON...

「Communication with the host at least initially was poor as I hadn't received the initial check in code key info and finally had to call VBRO who got in touch with the host Natalia. I'd also like to point out that once we were in the house Natalia was very responsive to my many requests. Now for the house issues. The SPA tub was very dirtly to the point of none of us were going to use it. Rocks seen on bottom as well as residue, cloudy water etc and some dirty paper plates left on the side of it....
