Nestled in the Stubai Alps, you’ll enjoy absolute tranquility while remaining easily accessible. Hiking trails start right at the house; in winter, the cross-country ski trail winds through the idyllic surroundings. The Stubai Glacier is just 16 km away. The Elferbahnen, supermarkets, and the village square in Neustift are about a five-minute drive away. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

Spanning approximately 100 m², your exclusive private spa features a Finnish sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, infrared cabin, hay bed, relaxation room, and private outdoor hot tub—wellness in complete privacy.
