Thrilling historical settings at amazing rates.

This is a hidden gem, where you can experience to stay in a genuine castle, often at rates that are lower than a hostel in more well-known destinations. In some rooms you really can feel the history in the walls and under the unbelievaby beautiful ceilings. We've been here several times, but the experience is fantastic every time, and the junior suite we got this time, was just absolutely fabulous. Neustadt Glewe is a very charming and quiet village, that also boasts a medieval castle, and loads of half-timbered houses. It's a perfect and relaxing getaway.

In den duschabfluss waren noch Haare..der Teppich im Zimmer war etwas dreckig aber sonst schönes großes Zimmer und Frühstück war auch ausreichend und lecker

Sviten var på 85 kvm så gott om utrymme. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd men två mycket bra restauranger på nära gångavstånd.

Superfint boende i mysig liten by. Superfin frukost som var inkluderad i priset (val vid bokning). Frukosten serverades i anrikt källarvalv med utgång till uteplats vid ån bakom slottet

Stay in the castle

Stay here if you want to experience staying in an old castle. The room is spacious, but the furnishings are outdated. Several essentials were missing — no mini fridge, no air conditioning, and only a shampoo/handwash combo provided. There was no conditioner or body lotion. The sauna area is also with limited services.

Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Lage und ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Wir haben zwei Junior Suiten gebucht.Während eine der Junior Suiten ruhig und sehr gut ausgestattet war, hatte die andere einen schönen Blick auf die Burg, jedoch war die Ausstattung (Boden, Möbel) abgenutzt. Die Dusche war verstopft und das Wasser floss nicht ab. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl, auch unser Hund.

Net hotel in centrum. Met eigen betaalde parkeerplaats. Goed ontbijt wat ook al vanaf 7.00 uur begint .

Ikke særligt passioneret....

Hotellet kan ikke finde ud af hvis man kommer senere end 22:00, her skal man ringe til en central som lukker dig ind, men de kender ikke hotellet, og vidste ikke hvor værelse 30 lå, det var så i bygningen ved siden af... Om morgenen stod 4 personale og røg ved bagdøren, så ingen i receptionen, ingen i restauranten til at tage imod gæster. Sløj oplevelse....

Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Hotel ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste zumindest im Nebengebäude dringend saniert werden. Wir hatten eine Badewanne, was sehr annehmlich war, aber der Vorhang und die Wände waren voll Schimmel... Das Frühstück war ausreichend, wenig abwechslungsreich.

God plads til familie på 4

Fin beliggenhed nær motorvejen til Prag/Berlin. Charmerende hotel og rigtig god morgenmad. Værelset var fint og der var god plads. Gulvtæppet på værelset var ret slidt.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer groß, allerdings sehr kleine Fenster zu Straße (mit Brücke), die schall-dicht waren. Laut. Der Kühlschrank (im Zimmer) war offenbar seit langer Zeit nicht gesäubert worden und verschimmelt. Am Waschbecken und in der Dusche "Reste" der früheren Seifenspender.
