New apartment with large roof terrace and views over meadows and fields.

Do you like to hike, love to ride a bicycle or do you want to welcome your dog? Great, we look forward to seeing you.

Our 68 sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living / dining area with fireplace, open kitchen and a fully equipped 35 sqm south-facing roof terrace. The apartment is located in a renovated farmhouse with courtyard. We as hosts live in the ground floor of the house. The two residential units are completely separated. The private entrance to the apartment can be reached via an external staircase.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The open plan living area offers a fireplace for the colder days and a direct exit to the beautiful roof terrace. Here you will find plenty of seating and 2 sun loungers for a relaxing sunbathing with a view of nature.
The completely new kitchen includes a dishwasher and a stove with induction hob everything you need: toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Senseo), everything is there. There is also a dining table, a sofa and a TV in the open plan living area.
The two bedrooms each have a double bed with new mattresses. An extra bed for a baby or toddler would have plenty of room in both bedrooms.
The bathroom was also completely renovated in 2018 and offers high quality equipment.

A parking space for your car is available.

That's our pleasure. In the adjoining cross-border nature park Maas-Schwalm-Nette run 9 premium hiking trails awarded by the German Hiking Institute, 2 of them directly through Nettetal. The varied flora and fauna thrills in every season.
Upon arrival, you will find brochures and a hiking map.

Whether for inexperienced or professionals, around the Nettetaler Lake District is the right tour for every cyclist. The nature reserve around the Krickenbecker lakes is one of the most beautiful and varied nature destinations in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch mit unserem Hund war es kein Problem.

Unsere Wohnung war sehr ansprechend,nur der Aufgang zur Wohnung (Wendeltreppe) war für uns als Oldies (73,78,80)eine Herausforderung..Die Vermieterin war aber sehr freundlich und wollte uns bei den Koffern helfen,aber war bei der Ankunft nicht in der Nähe.Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht,die Betten hervorragend,unser Hund hat sich auch wohlgefühlt.

Für einen Zwischenstopp genau richtig! Betten waren bezogen, Handtücher, Seife, Spüli, Lappen standen uns zur Verfügung! Nach langer Autofahrt konnten wir am Wittsee schön spazieren gehen und zum Essen einkehren! Haben in den Betten gut geschlafen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Gerne wieder!!

Angenehmer Silvester-Aufenthalt

Eine Prima-Auszeit zu Silvester für die Familie mit ängstlichem Hund. Geballert wurde hier natürlich auch, aber nicht so schlimm wie im Ruhrgebiet.Ansonsten von der Unterkunft alles wie angegeben. Sehr netter Kontakt!

Tolle Wohnung

Wir, 2 Freundinnen und 2 große Hunde, waren für 2 Nächte in der schönen Wohnung der Familie Feldges. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar ausgestattet mit moderner Küche, 2 geräumigen Schlafzimmern und einem sehr schönen Bad. Besonders toll ist die riesige Dachterrasse und dass der Garten „ausbruchsicher“ ist. Die in alten Bewertungen oft bemängelte Geruchsbelästigung wurde durch eine Kanalsanierung behoben. Es hat nichts gerochen!!! Wir kommen wieder! ❤️

Super Wohnung mitten in der Natur

Ein absoluter Glücksgriff! Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Schmuckstück, mit viel Liebe renoviert und eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Kommunikation einfach und immer hilfreich. Die Lage optimal - nur zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurztrip Niederrhein

Ich bin mit zwei Freundinnen in meiner alten Heimat gewesen, um ihnen den Niederrhein und Teile des Ruhrgebietes zu zeigen. Die Ferienwohnung lag ideal für unsere Tagesausflüge, war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es wäre aber schön, wenn es noch 1 oder 2 Sessel gäbe - zusätzlich zum Sofa - um abends gemütlicher beisammen zu sitzen. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und sehr nett und standen jederzeit bei Fragen/Wünschen etc. zur Verfügung (während ihrer eigenen Arbeitszeit dann telefonisch). Obwohl sie zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes eine größere Baustelle in ihrer Privatwohnung hatten waren sie immer gut gelaunt und entspannt. Auch bei unserem Besuch gab es die bereits erwähnten Probleme mit den Abflüssen im Bad, die immer mal wieder - unterschiedlich intensiv - müffelten. Allerdings war es nie so dramatisch, wie in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt. Inzwischen hat man den Grund - wegen der Baumaßnahmen in der eigenen Privatwohnung - wohl gefunden und wir hoffen, dass das Problem jetzt behoben werden kann. Das einzige wirkliche Manko: die recht enge Wendeltreppe zur Dachterrasse über die man zur Wohnung kommt. Mit sperrigem Gepäck, für ältere Menschen oder aber auch für große Hunde ist sie vollkommen ungeeignet. Solange der geplante Ersatz noch nicht fertig gestellt ist, sollte zumindest ein Foto der Treppe in der Bilderglerie erscheinen - dann ist man etwas "vorgewarnt". Rundherum aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei einem sehr netten Ehepaar!

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung mit einer großen Einschränkung

Wir waren im September 2023 als Familie mit zwei Kinden und Hund für eine Übernachtung in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung wurde liebevoll saniert und eingerichtet, auch wenn die eine oder andere Arbeit im Detail noch nicht ganz vollendet scheint. Wir hätten uns hier sicherlich auch über einen deutlich längeren Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt, wenn nicht dieser unerträgliche und intensive Kanalgeruch wäre, der im offenen Wohn-/Essbereich allgegenwärtig ist. Hier scheint etwas Grundlegendes im Bereich der Abwasserinstallation schief gelaufen zu sein. Da hilft leider auch die laut Aussage der Vermieterin bereits durchgeführte Ozonbehandlung nichts. Etwas fehl am Platz wirkte die vermeintliche Verwunderung der Vermieterin über die Geruchsbelästigung innerhalb der Wohnung. Überraschend konnte unsere Erfahrung aufgrund der Intensität des Geruchs für sie nicht sein. Dass ein Objekt mit einem solch gravierenden Mangel überhaupt als Unterkunft angeboten wird, finden wir sehr schade.

Urlaub im Rennekoven

Wir, EP ü 50, waren samt Hund zum Fahrradfahren nach Nettetal gereist. Die Anreise und das Einchecken verlief völlig reibungslos. Die Vermieter sind super nett. Die Wohnung auf dem alten Hof hat alles was man braucht und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Sicherlich gibt es immer was, dass man zu Hause anders hat. Die Vermieter sind für jeden Hinweis offen und versuchen alles, dass man sich wohlfühlt....und dass der Hund sich wohlfühlt...der konnte sich auf dem Hof und im Garten frei bewegen. Uns hat nachts einzig die Nähe zur Autobahn etwas gestört. Zum Fahrradfahren guter Ausgangspunkt in ländlicher Lage. Abends kann man gut auf der großen Terrasse chillen.

insgesamt sehr schön!

Wir haben zu viert für eine Nacht in der Wohnung übernachtet und hatten einen Hund dabei, für den die tolle Lage mitten in der Natur super war! Es war wirklich schön, unkompliziert und sehr sauber! Auch die Vermieterin war super freundlich. Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war der Geruch der Abflüsse und die Tatsache, dass es keinen Duschvorhang gibt. Wenn das noch geändert wird, ist die Wohnung mehr als 5 Sterne wert!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und es ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Allerdings müffelt es teilweise extrem streng und penetrant wie aus einem Kanal. Zur Wohnung gelangt man über eine sehr enge und sehr schlecht beleuchtete Außentreppe…

Enttäuscht, leider!!

Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber und die Besitzerin begrüßte uns am nächsten Tag freundlich. Leider müssen wir sagen, das die Möbel auf der Terrasse total herunter gekommen sind. Wir haben erst eine Folie da rüber gelegt um überhaupt sich dort setzten zu können. Gemütlich war dies nicht. In der Wohnung sind für vier Personen zu wenig Sitz Möglichkeiten im Sofa Bereich und im Esszimmer Bereich sind alte Holzstühle,welche viel zu hart sind. Die Küche und die Schlafzimmer sind super schön und sehr gepflegt. Leider war in der Wohnung meist ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, welcher aus den Abflüssen in Küche und Bad kamen. Alles im allem waren wir enttäuscht von der Wohnung, welche so sehr im Internet angepriesen wir. Bei diesem Mietpreis kann man wirklich mehr erwarten. Schade!!!

Schlechter Geruch

Die Wohnung an sich wäre toll, wenn dort nicht dieser schreckliche Fäkalien Geruch wäre. Wie ich nun gesehen habe in den vorherigen Bewertungen , besteht dieses Problem schon länger. Ich versteh nicht, warum das nicht in Ordnung gebracht wird. Ich muss sagen das einem dabei echt das Essen vergeht, weil es selbst in der Küche anfing so zu riechen. Die Vermieterin selbst ist sehr nett und selbst mit unseren Hund war alles unkompliziert. Aber wie schon gesagt macht der Geruch die Wohnung kaputt und ich würde es so nicht noch mal haben wollen. Beste Grüße.
