Den durchweg positiven der anderen Reisenden ist fast nichts hinzufügen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer traumhaften Lage, mit einem personal, das einfach sensationell freundlich ist. Die Umgebung mit der Alpspitzbahn ist einfach wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und gemütlich. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Alles was es gab, war jederzeit reichlich vorhanden.

Wir waren übers Wochenende hier. Essen war suuper. Tolle regionale Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles sehr sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ein Traum. Sauna und Hallenbad. wir kommen definitiv wieder, das nächste Mal mit Hund, der ist auch erlaubt. vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch.

Toll ist das Spielzimmer neben dem Frühstücksraum/Restaurant. Sehr schöne Lage, toller Außenpool. Leider haben wir eines der älteren Zimmer erwischt, viele Haare vom Vorgänger im Badezimmer.

4 Sterne-Hotel, DZ für 163 Eur. Dafür nix zum Skisachen aufhängen oder Trocknen. Das Bad eine Baustelle; offene Kabel, Bleistiftzeichnungen der Handwerker an den Wänden. Im Restaurant abends wurden wir ausgewiesen, man möge in der anderen Ecke des Hotels platz nehmen, da hier alles reserviert sei. In der anderen Ecke wartete man halt länger auf Bedienung und Essen. Man versprach uns, die Zimmerkarten würden auch 1x für die Bergbahn gehen, aber an der Bergbahn zeigte der Automat "Verfallen". Im grossen und ganzen sind wir enttäuscht, für das Geld und die Sterne erwarten wir mehr! Die Dame an der Rezeption am Abend zuckte nur mit den Schultern. Kein Entgegenkommen auch am Morgen beim Checkout. Wer also nur ne Bleibe braucht, hier ist eine; trocken, warm und sauber, aber bitte keine Ansprüche an Erwartungen und Zusatzleistungen, hier hat das Hotelmanagement versagt.

Kurzurlaub ok

Das Zimmer ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Beim Duschen darf man hier nicht größer als 1,60 m sein sonst spritzt das Wasser darüber hinaus oder große Menschen müssen gebückt duschen da die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig ist innerhalb der Dusche. Toilettenpapierhalter völlig verrostet und unansehnlich! Auf dem Balkon lag eine kaputte Trennwand angelehnt an eine montierte Trennwand. Das Frühstück war vielseitig jedoch der Kaffee war kalt und es wurde erst nach mehrmaligen Aufforderungen das Büffet wieder aufgefüllt. Es gibt einen sehr sehr schönen Bereich beim Essen und einen verwahrlosten Bereich. Das Servicepersonal war als solches nicht zu erkennen da keine einheitliche Kleidung oderSchildchen. Die Gästeinfo auf dem Zimmer über die Frühstückszeiten etc war nicht vorhanden ich habe dies an der Rezeption bemängelt hier würde mir nur mitgeteilt dass die dann wohl jemand mitgenommen hätte aber mir wurde keine neue ins Zimmer gelegt oder ausgehändigt. Das Schwimmbadwasser ist sehr kalt was auch mehrere Gäste bemängelt haben die Antwort darauf war das sei Ansichtssache! Der übrige Wellnessbereich war sehr schön!

Über expedia haben wir gross bett und mit Frühstück reise gekauft aber bett war 2 teilig und bett decken war nicht gut.zimmer hatte keine heizung ausserdem bad.abreise tag wir müssten Frühstück geld bezahlen!!!.in sauna bereich hatte war keine genug liegen matte!!! Frühstück Raum die Tische war nicht sauber!!!.zimmer telefon war ausser Betrieb .mein rücken immer noch tut weh wegen geteilte matratze.schwimmpoll wasser war kalt musste min 24-28 Grad!!! Aufjedenfall grosse enttäuschen geworden für uns .

Great Hotel!!!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is finishing a beautiful renovation with pool and spa. Rooms are very nice. A special THANKS to Sabena (sorry about spelling) who was on the desk in the evening. She went above and beyond helping us. And also a shout out to the gang in the breakfast room. Great breakfast and they were very nice and service was very good!!! Also the Konig Card was fabulous and a unexpected treat. We will be back!!!
