"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. "

"Alasandro was very helpful when we checked in. The morning staff provided a wonderful breakfast buffet which included omelettes if you wanted one. The view from the property is amazing! We had dinner on property. The restaurant staff was friendly and the food was excellent. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated that extra pillows were provided."
