"Back again for the 5th time, apartment is in the perfect location, short walk to the beech 10 minutes stroll to the town with plenty of private parking, it has all we needed 2 TVs, internet, ample supply of cooking, eating & drinking utensils. Ideal for sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine in had watching the sun go day, looking forward to returning soon"

"The apartment met all of our expectations, the view and location were excellent. The village was exceptionally clean and well maintained, the local bus stop into the town or beach is just outside the apartment entrance and the local Cave bar and restaurant was high quality at reasonable prices. Two supermarkets are within a 10 minute walk. Nerja is just a lovely rustic Spanish town so would highly recommend this apartment."

"We’ve just returned from a great holiday in Nerja, the apartment was perfect and had everything we needed and very clean. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom with a great shower. Lovely outside terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, which are well kept. Rob was great in keeping in touch before we arrived and made sure we had all the information and driving instructions to get to the apartment. Perfect apartment and great location to restaurants and the beach. I hope we’ll be back soon."

"Property is as photos show. In a perfect location. Has everything you need in the accommodation. Apartment was clean and tidy on arrival, the hand over wasnt explained in great detail if i wanted to be picky, however we found out some things for ourselves. Could do with a freshen up with a bit of paint, however it didnt spoil our holiday. Yvonne was extremely helpful when With a taxi from the airport. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or return."

"We had a marvelous week at this beautiful 2BR flat in Nerja!! The home was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. The deck w views of the beach was gorgeous. The beds were 4 star hotel comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to make a delicious meal. Best of all it was 20 steps to Burriana Beach surrounded by the best restaurants (Pahuna Nepalese right around the corner! So delicious we ate there 3 times!) shops and bars. We had plans to travel outside Nerja but we were so content...

"Great stay, great property, great view and great service. However, description should be more clear about the extent of incline to the beach and also more realistic about distance to nerja. I am a regular competitive runner and cyclist and whilst the walk to nerja and the beach at buriana was no bother to me, for kids and anyone not very fit, after a couple of days and in heat this would be a challenge and would be unpleasant. "We chose this apartment based on location as we were travelling with parents who were both 80, and worried about the hills of Nerja. It worked out perfectly being right on the waterfront with easy access to both the beaches and main town. The apartment was very spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a beach holiday. We particularly liked the balcony and roof terrace, and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful"

"We stayed in this lovely, large, extremely well located apartment for the month of April. The property is exactly as advertised except the terrace is even better than described. It is huge with amazing views, nice furniture, and two electrically operated awnings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer were a real plus. Parking is very convenient. We walked to town every morning on the beach for a coffee. It's a perfect and beautiful...
