The location could not have been better—tucked away on a quiet, charming street just steps from the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti, it placed us right in the heart of Rome’s historic center. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were attentive, warm, and always ready to help, going out of their way to make the experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself is elegant and cozy, with an intimate atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. The rooms, while not the largest, were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being in such a lively area, the rooms remained quiet and restful. What stood out the most was the level of hospitality. Small details, like the staff’s willingness to quickly resolve any issues or accommodate requests, left a lasting impression.
