「It was nice and clean. One of the staff members was nice explaining things to us while we checked in. Why only 4 stars? Because there's no staff on site to assist you if you need help. Need to call or text using WhatsApp for help and that kinda inconvenience for travelers. Overall experience is great.」

「Ants were everywhere. If you left snacks or drinks unclosed, you would see ants everywhere.」

「We had a marvelous experience during our stay. My younger son’s birthday happened to be around the time of our stay, so the staff surprised us with a birthday cake and a wonderful birthday message. We were truly touched by their thoughtful gesture. We would love to stay at Four Seasons again in the future.」
