"They have a no smoking policy, and the rooms are extremely hot and stuffy. So, you have to open the doors while staying here. Which shouldn’t be a problem except when we tried to stay, someone was smoking beside our door. My husband had an asthma flare up and we couldn’t stay, we had to leave for the night. Mind you, no he doesn’t have overactive asthma but when we’re in this room, and someone keeps smoking cigarettes next to our room, what can we do? We messaged the host. Not much came of it....

The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very welcoming. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone visiting the area. We would love to stay here again!"

"Nice little room that was as advedtised, and just as expected for the price. Good place to sleep while you enjoy the coast and Lincoln City. Only issue I had was with the wifi password and signal strength, and the host was quick to answer when I sent messages to troubleshoot. If possible the network should be upgraded or expanded to a dedicated network for each building. Not a deal breaker for me due to my mobile hotspot, might be for other guests though. "
