"We got stuck in a dated room, felt really old. TV was really small with cable channels as an only option. Some of the front desk staff was rude, didn’t have good customer service attitude. Most of the ice machines on the property were out of service"

"Breakfast was good, but they ran out of sufficient eggs and coffee. We believe they were short handed because someone didn't show up for work. The person who filled in was working the desk also and did come & worked hard and refilled everything, but there was a gap when we went to eat."
