This lovely apartment features a kitchenette with cooking facilities, a spacious living area opening to a sunny & private courtyard, dedicated high-speed WiFi, TV & two upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms.

The Village Green Apartment is the perfect option for business travelers, couples or small families who are looking for a charming apartment in a waterfront location with fantastic amenities & facilities, beautiful local scenery & nearby eating & pampering options!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- The Village Green Apartment is a private apartment within the Grand Arden Monaco Resort. Full access to the resorts facilities (pool, fitness room) is provided as part of your booking with us.

- The swimming pool is closed through the Winter months (from 1 July to mid-November).

**Cancellation and Compassionate Circumstances**:

- Please disregard the "Bookings at this property are non-refundable" information presented on this listing site.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks before arrival for any reason and you'll pay no more than 20% of the booking total + VRBO/affiliate site fees.

- We will provide free postponement of your booking in the event of government travel restrictions, serious illness or other eligible compassionate circumstances.
