「The host was prompt with replying messages, and we had a spacious, quiet self-contained unit despite being connected to the main house. The pictures depicted the condition accurately. Would recommend as a base to explore the Tasman region. 」

「I booked this for a birthday get-together with girlfriends and it did not disappoint. Fabulous place, stunning views and location, and excellent, friendly and very helpful hosts. Definitely an A plus effort! Loved all the thoughtful little touches, the unique venue and the adorable doggos! Unreservedly recommended.」

「Great location, beautifully presented, comfortable accommodation. Thank you」

「This is a brand new contemporary property that is very tastefully decorated. There’s a great garage downstairs to park in with ample room. One excellent thing for us is that it has a very well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. The hob is induction and the dishwasher actually gets the dishes very clean. There’s even a large wine fridge. The property is fairly easy walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars in downtown Nelson. When next innNelson I would definitely rent this...

「Had a girls weekend in the city and the accommodation was ideal for location. It is a new build so felt fresh and clean staying there, we also loved the balcony for a quiet drink at the end of the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat.」

「Location, cleanliness, comfort were excellent. Encountered a slight problem ith the refrigerator not working. Called property manager tohave them look at it, but never heard back from them. Fixed the problem ourselves.」

「We visited Nelson for 5 days and were impressed with this fully furnished apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace right in the city centre. A couple of essentials were missing from the kitchen but our request for replacement was met quickly and efficiently.」

"芸術家が集まる街らしく、おしゃれで素敵なホテルでした。街へお買い物へ行くのもスーパーも近くて便利です。食べ物を置いていたら蟻が沢山出たのと、2階の部屋が熱く下の部屋が寒いぐらいで、あとは快適でした。"

"ホテルのフィードバック用紙にも書きましたが、シャワーが驚くほど出なかったです。チェックインの時に、ランドリーに時間制限があることなどを知らされず、たまたまお尋ねしてわかりました。しかし、乾燥機を使っている最中に出かける時間になり、相談したところ、洗濯物を部屋に入れておいてくれるとのことでありがたかったのですが、預けたバッグにぐちゃぐちゃになって入っていました。１年前に泊まったＰａｒａｚｚｏ　Ｍｏｔｏｒ　Ｌｏｄｇｅでは、きちんと畳んで部屋に置いてくださっていたので、さすが評判のモーテルだと思いました。フロントが閉まる直前にフォークとスプーンを貸してほしいと頼んだ際には、スタッフの方があちこちを回って調達してくれて、ありがたかったです。部屋に電子レンジがないことを認識しておらず、冷凍食品を買ってしまいましたが、スタッフ用のキッチンにあるものを使わせていただき、助かりました。このように、プラスとマイナスがありました。"
