For cycling enthusiasts, we offer secure bike racks in the ground floor entrance lobby, complete with charging facilities for e-bikes. Adventure awaits with the nearby Brook Street and Maitai Valley bike trails, making it an ideal location for outdoor lovers.

Inner City Apartments - 4 is one of four new & modern apartments with offering unparalleled city convenience and everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Whether you're a business traveler looking for proximity to the CBD without the need for a car, a couple seeking a convenient urban retreat, or parents with children in tow, our apartment is the ideal choice.

**Special conditions & notes**:

Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No Smoking. Pets are not permitted.

Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.

City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.

Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.

Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.

Awesome stay in the heart of Nelson

Had a girls weekend in the city and the accommodation was ideal for location. It is a new build so felt fresh and clean staying there, we also loved the balcony for a quiet drink at the end of the day. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
