"good place, few of lizards and insects entered the room even when all doors and windows closed. due to local rules taxis and gojek are not allowed and this limits you to use hotel transport which is quiet expensive to get to market and other areas. the walk to main road is quiet long to get a cab. in house restaurant is good, staff is friendly and helpful. very peacfull and quiet."

"I had an amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt right. I booked a private garden villa with a pool, and honestly, it felt like it was made for a king—peaceful, private, and just the kind of space you want when you’re celebrating something special. I came here for my 50th birthday, and the whole experience made it even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely warm—nothing felt forced, just real, kind people who made you feel taken care of. One thing I really appreciated was how clean everything was. Like, spotless. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The gym is on the smaller side, but it has all the essentials, so I was still able to get my workouts in without a problem. Overall, I left feeling happy, relaxed, and completely satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely come back again."

"It was my first trip to Bali and the offering can be overwhelming. I chose Como Uma Ubud because I wanted to be in a more quiet and relaxing environment, experiencing the rainforest and the infamous rice terraces, which I consider more typical for Bali. The stay was an absolute outstanding experience from start till end. I felt very well looked after and treated with a very warm welcome. The offerings from daily morning yoga and other activities, as well as pampering massages were simply perfect. My request to explore the rice terraces if possible off the touristic path was met with the highest standards. Made, their head of experience guided me along the terraces along with such knowledge and expertise. It was stunning. A regular shuttle is offered to get to Ubud centre, although it’s also possible to walk (this takes up to 40min in this heat it’s not for everyone and the shuttle the preferred transportation option). A very big thank you to the entire staff. You made my stay very special!"

"Our stay at the Adiwana Alas Harum was absolutely incredible and made our anniversary trip to Bali unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, especially when we accidentally booked the wrong dates. They were so accommodating and helped us without making the situation stressful, which meant a lot to us. The room was exactly what I hoped for-- beautiful, peaceful, romantic, and perfect for celebrating out anniversary. The jungle views and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a dream. The couples massage and flower bath at the spa were amazing and honestly on the highlights of our trip. It was relaxing, luxurious, and such a perfect experience for us a couple. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every single staff member made us feel welcome. Everyone greeted us with kindness and genuine hospitality every time we walked around the property. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. This place gave us memories we'll never forget and we would absolutely stay here again. "I absolutely loved staying here!! I also got an unexpected surprise from the staff at check in when they found out it was my birthday the day before and they all sang happy birthday to me and gave me a slice of cake, so thoughtful. The place is amazing, the views are perfect, exactly like what is shown. I stayed on river view and it’s a must when staying here. Sri and Desak were so sweet, warm and welcoming!! The whole staff is the absolute best! It’s also close to the Ubud market center and they offer shuttle services. When I come back to Ubud, which I hope is again in the near future, I will definitely be staying here. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
