I never stay at property. I booked by accident. Property is closed. I asked for a refund on my points because property was closed. They never gave my refund or answere. Don't waste your time

Hei, Jeg vil gjerne rapportere en uheldig opplevelse jeg hadde med en hotellreservasjon gjennom deres tjeneste. Jeg hadde booket et opphold for 2 voksne på Crish Residence fra 4. april til 6. april. Ved ankomst oppdaget jeg at hotellet ikke eksisterte lenger under det navnet, og jeg fikk beskjed om at det hadde blitt endret. Dessverre var det ikke det hotellet jeg hadde forventet meg. Jeg prøvde å kontakte både hotellet og deres kundeservice uten å få svar. Til tross for flere forsøk på å nå ut til dere via telefon, var det ingen respons. Dette resulterte i unødvendige kostnader for meg. Jeg vedlegger reservasjonsdokumentet i håp om at dere kan hjelpe meg med å løse denne saken. Takk for hjelpen.
