Accommodation description:
Between famous Cochem and Zell, lies the small but pretty village of Neef. There you will find this characteristic building from 1594, which has been converted into a very comfortable holiday home. Each bedroom has the luxury of a private bathroom. Furthermore, there is a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen. In the courtyard you will find a covered roof terrace and a courtyard with bbq. The location is ideal for exploring the beautiful Moselle region
Cousin has many hours of sunshine to offer due to its favourable location. There are also cosy restaurants and wine taverns to try local wines (especially Rieseling), of course, or dine and linger. From the house you can walk to several viewpoints. The many meanders of the Moselle give you photogenic views.
Neef is also an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. The area has a lot of history and is therefore rich in beautiful castles, such as the world-famous castle of Cochem. But also the medieval Burgt Eltz is often mentioned as one of the most beautiful in Germany
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
