The booking in at reception was straightforward but we had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. Once in the room we discovered the safe did not work and the light just inside the door where the wardrobes were flickered on and off constantly. We reported this to reception the same day but nothing was done about it during our stay!
There was a good choice for breakfast but it was the same every day.
Staff were friendly, the rooms were kept spotless, as was the pool area.
Overall we had a good stay at hotel Marana.
