"Wagon was in a lovely location on a farm and owner was very nice, once I managed to find the farm , but checking in time or instructions would have been helpful .
Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater .
Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side.

"Very convenient hotel for what we needed. The food was nice and the breakfast good value.
The room was a decent size for two of us but small for a family room.
TV in the room was slow and difficult to change channels.
The temperature control in the shower was broken and set on hot. Just about manageable.
Finally, and this is only a problem I guess with the current heatwave is that there was no air conditioning and the window had to be shut at night due to noise from other rooms.
All in all though a good hotel and one we would use again."
"Nice looking hotel in a lovely location. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park making it ideal to get out and about either walking, hiking, and cycling in the surrounding area.
Waterfall country is about a 30 minute drive away.
Very friendly and polite staff.
Food was on the slightly pricey side but it was excellent quality.
Can’t comment on the pool, spa or gym facilities as we did not use them.
The hotel ceilings as well as the room we stayed in whilst comfortable and included all the amenities you could possibly need it does look worn in places and needs some work done."
"Didnt stay in blancos the hotel i picked. Was informed there was a leak.So put us in the sister hotel.the grand hotel. The room was not good.there was dust everywhere. The cups were full of dust.when we complained. Was told the room has been used in a while.we will inform housekeeping.payed for breakfast but hotel didnt do it.Had to get up and drive back to blancos a mile away to eat. Then return to the grand for my stuff🤐"
"The hotel is solid, not a bad stay and the bed was quite comfortable. The property is quite run down though, with ripped / broken carpet, no fridges, and the rooms and hallways have likely not seen renovations for quite some time. Staff were very nice though."
