"Facilities not open out of main season. No restaurant or bar or spa. Many steps even in our room (maisonette volcano view. There were about 18 steep steps down from bedroom to bathroom. Not ideal should you need toilet at night."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was incredible, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were so so kind and attentive, and the views from our room were breathtaking. We stayed during the offseason during March which was nice it was more quiet and private. During peak season I imagine it might be a different experience with more people at the hotel. The room’s balconies are very close to each other so you will hear your neighbors if you are lounging on the patio. Lots of stairs to get down to get to the hotel itself but so worth it. Staff was kind enough to help us with our bags coming down and up the stairs. Definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed at three different hotels during our trip as we were traveling Greece and this hotel was my absolute favorite. "

"All of the staff were very warm, friendly & helpful. The room was kept very clean daily. They made you feel very welcome and even provided a lovely complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy. Your stay also included a complimentary breakfast which you preordered each day then selected a time for it to be served in your suite. I stayed in the Aqua Marine suite with the indoor hot tub. The views were spectacular! Overall,it was an excellent stay. However, I did take one star off only because my suite was in need of some TLC & maintenance. The exhaust fan in bathroom wasn’t working so the whole suite would get damp and all the mirrors & windows would fog up. I was told to leave the bathroom windows open and keep the door closed but it was still damp. Thankfully, Paul in the front office went above & beyond and was able to have an electrician come fix it. He was also able to respond & help with the room safe that was not working and the TV thankfully! The large shower head was not working either but the small one was. The temperature of the hot tub was barely warm. On the positive side, location is good with many restaurants nearby and again the staff at the Adamant will happily help with information & directions for anything you need. "

"We had an absolutely magnificent 2 days in Santorini at Porto Fira Suites! It's in an excellent location in Fira - so close to shops, dining, but the most incredible part is the view - absolutely STUNNING! Our Senior Suite was the perfect size for my husband and I along with our two daughters. Beautifully and tastefully decorated with windows overlooking the sea and sunset. The service was impeccable from helping us with coordinating airport transport, to the porter who lugged our luggage down 85 stairs, to the manager who walked us through the history of the island and recommendations on activities & dining, to the bartender who made the best aperol spritz! We also really enjoyed our private balcony where we ate breakfast al fresco. We cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Aria Suites was beyond expectations! The staff, the panoramic room we had, the in room breakfast every morning was perfection. There is not a bad view in Santorini and I read a lot of reviews. We stayed in the panoramic view room and chose it because a past review said they enjoyed a day ‘in the room’ because it was so amazing. We did the same!! Spent an afternoon having wine and just enjoying the view from the hot tub. I can not say enough about how fantastic our stay was and the true personal touches from the staff that made us feel special. They were so happy to make our stay perfect! "

"Nice little hotel right at the beginning of the caldera walk (still not crowded area, and you can drive up there). Rooms were clean, staff very helpful, the pool area really refreshing."
