The chec in process wss very difficult.The person to whom we communicated spoke poor english...however the problem is ...that the address on the site and the address she sent is 20 minutes away in Nazare!!this is very misleading. To compound this...it took 3 hrs in the dark and fog to finally get someone to speak to the host for directions that she would never give me!.I almost gave up and was going to get a hotel...

Peaceful beach vacation

Casa Milu on the quiet Salgado Beach south of Nazare is the perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation. The lodging is a short walk downhill to an uncrowded beach--a great place to watch the sunset! For swimming the bay at Soa Martinho do Porto a few miles south seems better (although Milu did warn us that on windy days the fine sand gets in your face). We did not have a beach day even though we brought our swimming suits. We spent our time exploring the region (a rental car is almost a must since this location is a bit isolated) visiting Evora, Obidos, Coimbra, Tomar (for the last day of the Festival of the Trays!), and Fatima--and of course Nazare. After driving it was fun to relax on the balcony with drinks and enjoy the setting sun and the goats. For immediate needs the Triangulo Mini Market just over the hill is well stocked with more than just the essentials, a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, wine, and cheeses. Milu was an extremely gracious hostess who checked in with us regularly and gave us suggestions for things to do Highly recommend!

Ruhe in vollen Zügen genießen

Es handelt sich um ein Haus mit mehreren Wohnungen. Unsere war im Erdgeschoss mit einer super Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ozean. Den Strand erreicht man in kurzer Zeit super zu Fuß. Wir waren mit dem Auto vor Ort, somit war alles umliegende gut zu erreichen. Man kann direkt am Objekt parken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Lediglich die Angabe der Adresse bei der Buchung ist nicht korrekt. Es liegt in einem kleinen Nachbarort von Nazarè.

bon séjour

le gite est agréable, la proximité avec la plage est un atout .idéale pour se reposer dans un environnement très calme toutefois deux petits regrets : sur l'absence de produit de base (huile,vinaigre, poivre, sac poubelle ,sucre) un équipement un peu sommaire sur les verres et assiettes plats et une décoration un peu minimaliste.

Pas de mauvaise surprise: gîte en très bon état, environnement idéal et parfaitement calme. Excellent accueil de Milu, qui parle remarquablement français. Juste la literie un peu trop ferme à notre goût,mais ce n'est qu'un détail. A recommander.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Traumblick aufs Meer

Schönes, gemütliches Haus mit Traumblick auf das Meer. Salgado ist ein ruhiger Ort mit ausgezeichneten Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus liegt ideal um Ausflüge mit dem Auto ins Umland und nach Lissabon zu machen. Wir konnten bei Milu einen entspannten und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbringen.

Uns hat es bei Milu sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer und Salgado ist ein kleiner verträumter Ort. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Umland und nach Lissabon. Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich.

Il n'y absolument rien à redire. Très bon accueil malgré l'heure tardive de notre arrivée. La maison correspond entièrement à la description de l'annonce: proche de la mer avec ses grandes vagues, calme assuré, location spacieuse et bien entretenue. Milu, la propriétaire est chaleureuse et charmante (ainsi que sa maman) et, en plus, parle parfaitement le français. Séjour de 15 jours très agréable et reposant. Très belle région .La location est très bien .L'accueil est parfait , Milu et sa mère sont très gentilles et parfaites pour parler de Nazaré et ses alentours..Endroit calme , joli et paradisiaque ..De longues plages de sable blanc et une mer majestueuse avec de grosses vagues qui s'écrase sur le bord .Parfait pour se détendre en couple et en famille.A recommander sans problème mais il faudrait changer la photo car en réalité la maison est plus jolie. Très bonne

La propriétaire : aime sa région. Très agréable. Conseille bien pour découvrir la région et parle très bien français. La location : premier étage + jardin + balcon sur 3 côtés (pas le nord). Très belle vue à l’ouest sur l’océan que l’on entend, sur les collines à l’est et en plus, du balcon vue sur Nazaré. Possibilité de manger sur le balcon. Très propre, spacieuse, correctement équipée. Particulièrement calme car à la fin d’une route goudronnée. Seul minime petit moins : les WC dans la sdb mais beaucoup de locations sont dans ce cas. Situation : idéale pour découvrir le Portugal car presque centrée. Lisbonne à un peu plus d’une heure. Plage magnifique, assez sauvage à deux pas de la location difficilement baignable mais idéale pour les promenades, le farniente. Plages proches baignables. Énormément de balades sympathiques à proximité et pour tous les goûts (villes, villages mais aussi campagne ou/et églises monastères… : Peniche, Baléal, Obidos, Nazaré, Alcobaça, Batalha… Remarque : les photos du site sont moins belles que la réalité et ne mettent pas la maison en valeur. Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la maison de Milu et nous avons eu du mal à partir. La maison est très agréable et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Milu est très sympathique et à l'écoute. Elle nous a très bien reçus. La région est magnifique.

Très belle prestation

Nous sommes restés 15j dans cette maison, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Milu, c'est une femme très agréable, très gentille qui est prête à tout pour que nous passions un bon séjour. La vue est magnifique, les montagnes d'un côté et la mer de l'autre. Un très bon compromis pour se reposer en étant proche de Nazaré. La région est très jolie et Milu donne de très bon conseils pour de belles visites. A ne pas manquer. Nous y retournerons certainement. Bisous à Milu.

TOUT EST PARFAIT

Nous avons passé un super séjour, location très propre avec un accueil super chaleureux de Milu la propriétaire disponible et qui nous fournit de très bons conseils. L'endroit est calme et magnifique, 5 mn à pied et nous sommes sur la plage, et très bien situé pour visiter aux alentours. Il y a vraiment des sites magnifiques à visiter sans avoir besoin de faire trop de kilomètres. C'est vrai que l'eau est un peu froide et qu'il y a beaucoup de vagues, mais le spectacle vaut le détour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir et recommandons vivement cette location. wonderful relaxed holidays

We stayed a week in the upper Apartment with an awesome view to the mountains and to the ocean. The Apartment was clean and cosy. Everything one needs is existent. Milu and her mother are very friendly (just like all portugues People we learned to know) and answered all our questions. The tips, Milu gave to us were very helpful . The near Restaurant she recommended served Hugh plates of homemade fresh Food for less Money. With the car you can can get to Nazare or Sao Martinho in a few minutes. The near beach is awesome and you can drink a coffe or a beer in the nice beach bar. It was a pleasure to meet Milu and her mother and to stay in her wonderful house. We surely will visit it again!

Location sans surprise

Maison isolée de toute agitation, bien au calme, proche de la plage ( baignade impossible à cet endroit car forts rouleaux) La maison comporte plusieurs appartements. Location très propre et correspondant à la description. Accueil convivial et chaleureux de Milu, qui prend soin de ses locataires. Ne pas hésiter à louer.
