Michel (born in the hamlet) & Geneviève open the doors of an authentic & very elegant traditional farmhouse of character from the 18th century, steeped in history & restored according to the rules of the art, nestled in the peace on the edge of a pasture welcoming in season peaceful lambs & ewes (without nuisance). Total tranquility in the heart of a typical rural mini hamlet, perfectly rehabilitated, nestled on the side of a south-facing hill exposed in the hollow of a delightful preserved setting of nature & greenery, on a vast "open" plateau of bucolic hedged meadows overlooking the verdant valley of the Grosne, backed by the wooded hills of the South Burgundy massif accessible a stone's throw away (many marked trails, to explore on foot or mountain bike during relaxing walks). A real little corner of paradise for young and old on the edge of the gentle rolling countryside of Haut Clunisois (protected territory in "Natura 2000 Zone" & ZNIEFF for its rich faunal & floral ecosystems). Absolutely revitalizing and enchanting setting & site. Splendid landscapes and panoramic view of the surrounding countryside with the Clunisois, Mâconnais & Beaujolais mountains in the background. Spacious, very comfortable cottage. Warm country character with contemporary accents enhanced by a magnificent wrought iron "spiral" staircase (from a 19th century chapel), as well as by the rich traces of the original building (stone walls, beams & reconstruction of the "dryer"). Lots of charm. Ultra cozy. Cocooning & cozy atmosphere. Large enclosed terrace (exposed & shaded), closed by the famous "standing stones" that gave their name to the house. Composition: Detached house on 2 levels. Electric heating (underfloor heating) + wood stove. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, separate toilet. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed 140x190cm / single bed 90x190cm), shower room (shower/toilet). Enclosed terrace (25m²) + private parking. Small shops 5.5 km. Small supermarket 10 km.
