The property was located perfectly on the Sound and a couple of blocks away from beach access. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. There were a few hiccups, but nothing worth mentioning to give anything other than a wonderful review! The house was very well equipped and accommodated 10 people (4 adults 6 kiddos, ages 4-17) easily. The only thing I'll mention is the parking... We did not realize until after we booked and were provided the parking spaces that it is extremely limited... we had a Highlander and a Sequoia. We barely got the Highlander in the garage because we couldn't park both vehicles outside, so be aware of that if you have larger vehicles.

This was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had. If you are wanting a relaxing vacation, I highly recommend staying here. Chris the property manager is very responsive. The house was clean. The private beach area that’s attached to the home is wonderful. There is a community pool that is 1/10 of a mile away and the ocean side of the island is just 3/10 of a mile away. We had a wonderful time! We highly recommend.The pic is the sunrise from the balcony of the house.

The place was perfect for kids! Have not ever had a place so close to the water. Which was effortless. Especially when the kids wanted to go down for a swim. The fishing was super exciting from the pier. So many fish caught. Memories made and I am not leaving feeling exhausted. So winning all around! Could not recommend more!

Wonderful property with amazing amenities and access to all the beach and bay fun. We have been here three years in a row and plan to be back next year. A trip that gets better and better every year. A perfect home with bathrooms for every room. The elevator is a game changer. Excellent host who is responsive and helpful. Can’t wait for next year!

Everything was wonderful here for me and my family. The home had everything we needed and more! One downside was the parking is too tight. But that is such a small part of the trip. The free parking for extra cars was close by and worked out great! I recommend doing a Walmart grocery delivery, renting a golf cart, checking out the gulf side of the ocean (only a couple blocks away), eating at TCs (grilled shrimp) and fishing off the dock. On our last day there our neighbors on both sides took over our private beach- we did not expect to share that area with so many others and were pretty disappointed about that.

We had a fabulous time!! Everyone had their own room/bathroom!!! The bay was perfect for the grands. The porches were great for the adults! Like many other reviews, the only downfall is parking but we made it work!!! Got a big ole Tundra in there!!! We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks so much Chris!

Spring Break 2025

My family of four and our friends, also a family of four, shared some great memories at the house over spring break. Being on the bay allowed the children to touch the water as soon as they work up. The kids loved all the toys, including the kayak. And we loved being able to fish and caught some crabs for an evening appetizer. And the sunsets were beautiful from back porch!

Beautiful bay home

The house was beautiful and well appointed for a large crowd. The coffee maker does take regular filters though, to save anyone a headache ;) Walmart will deliver here which super convenient on the first day. The bay was perfect for kids and adults alike. The beach is a quick walk or golf cart ride away. We loved the beach toys, chairs, umbrella and kayaks available at the house. The parking was a bit tricky but the public parking area was safe and not that far so wasn’t an issue overall. Every room has its own bathroom which is a huge plus for us. Beautiful views and beautiful home, worth the stay for sure!

Our Favorite Beach Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property. The location is unmatched due to the ease of access to the beach but even more easily accessed bay which is just in the backyard. This is ideal for little ones and easily being able to coordinate naps and still have outdoor time! We can’t say enough about the amenities and home layout. We’ll be back!

A Beautiful Vacation

This house could not be beat for a beautiful vacation with family and friends. Right on the sound with a private beach and docks for boating and fishing. The beach house itself is beautiful. My family has enjoyed staying here for the past summers and we’re already booked for next year!

Fantastic week

Unfortunately, the beach was full of June grass during our visit, however having the sound right outside the back door saved the trip. Caught a bunch of fish and swam a ton. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

the house and the beach were fabulous! the elevator was super convenient for luggage and groceries. the garage/driveway is challenging but absolutely functional, even for 3 vehicles and a golf cart! the pool was out of service the week we were there but with the bay/beach in your backyard, who needs a pool?? my dad and son fished off the dock in the backyard and we could sit on the balcony and see the fish they caught! every bedroom has its own bath plus an extra half bath on the main floor - that was perfect for us. also, any questions i had were answered immediately! we would absolutely rent this place again!

Repeat Guest!

This was our second family vacation at this property. We absolutely love it here. It’s a perfect set up for adults and kids. Everyone enjoys the easy access to backyard beach and amazing views and sunsets. The elevator is an excellent bonus for loading luggage and groceries in and for handicapped people like my elderly mother who can’t do stairs. If you are looking to escape from people and just relax, this is the place!

Very nice home

This is a beautiful home! Location is great. Quiet neighborhood with REALLY comfortable beds. Clean. Well equipped. The driveway/garage is HORRIBLE for parking! Furniture is not meant for older folks comfort. Beautiful sunsets and view from the deck. A gas grill would be nice and also a card table. The charcoal grill was dirty so we had to clean it before using. LOTS of stairs. The elevator made it possible for us to manage, but that can be iffy (the button stuck twice so it wouldn't operate and had to go down to "unstick it".) Our families didn't use it.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. The location is second to none in the area. We loved walking to the gulf side after spending the morning with the kids playing in the sound. The house was extremely clean, well stocked and everything worked perfect. What a wonderful area and home.

Best Property!

The whole family - ages infant to 70s - enjoyed this pristine property. The beach front location could not be beat. The layout was extremely functional, and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools we needed. Ample closet and pantry space meant we could easily store our things for the week. Low tide was perfect for exploring for all ages, and everyone was delighted to see a variety of sea life. The kayaks, boogie boards, and crab trap kept the older kids entertained for days, and there were so many sand toys for the toddler to choose from. Convenient location close to the Gulf side public access beach and the Marine Park. We highly recommend a visit to the Navarre Beach Pier (minimal fee and very close), the sea turtle conservation center ($5 per person and very close), and the National Naval Aviation Museum (free and one hour drive). The Tuft & Needle brand mattresses were very comfortable. Great neighborhood and a neighborhood pool the kids enjoyed. This house has best location of any of the house we saw while driving around. The elevator was helpful for one in our party with mobility issues and also moving luggage upstairs. The owner was very responsive whenever we needed to reach out.
