We stayed here over Christmas while visiting family in the area. The unit was dirty upon arrival. The floors and hard surfaced had not been cleaned. Some dishes were put away dirty. The dishwasher had black mold inside and would not be useful in cleaning dishes. We brought this to the property managers attention and they offered to bring a crew in on Christmas Eve to clean but we would of had to pack up our belongings and then unpack again once cleaned. My husband and I have stayed in other units at Sunset Harbor owned by private individuals and have never had a cleanliness issue. We decided to find other lodging arrangements at a nearby hotel which was inconvenient due to having limited time with family for the holiday. We have requested a partial refund and are waiting to hear back from the host.

I was so happy with this condo, it was perfect in every way and couldn’t have been better in the few days I spent there. It was clean, which is very important to me, it was in a perfect location, the gulf in front, ocean behind. The condo itself had everything you could imagine for cooking meals and plenty of room for seating. Just adorable!I’m definitely going back for a longer stay next summer.

Photos are accurate. Its a nice little place Two things immediately struck us one the elevator is slow with zero ventilation. We ended up taking the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe. The second was who ever cleans probably needs to be taught to clean or needs to be replaced. The unit smelt like stagnant fish. Specifically the bathroom. We did a quick clean and kept the bathroom fan running during our stay to make the smell tolerable. Over all it was a nice place

Property was easy to access but quite far from shopping and dining. Also, the soap dispenser in the shower was empty and this was not corrected even after I contacted Vacasa about it.

Relaxing Week

We were looking for a place to stay near relatives that wouldn’t empty the wallet. This condo was perfect. Great location for us, gave us a little more than a hotel room space wise and was just a pleasant place. The dishwasher worked, but could possibly use a deep clean/upgrade. But that wasn’t important for us. Bed seemed to be smaller than a Queen size- probably full/double. Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant!

Filthy

We did not even stay at this property. When we arrived to the condo as soon as we opened the door the condo has a dirty musty smell to it. As soon as we walked in we noticed a blood spot on the side of of the bed. Pulled back the remaining sheet to which it got worse dirty stains, more spots, and a shell of a bug. Thedishwasher was all moldy. As well as the air conditioner. Did not stay and would not recommend.

What a gem!

Beautiful condo, beautiful view, beautiful quiet beach to float the hours away. What else could you want? We recommend Windjammers Restaurant at the Navarre Beach pier. Get the Jammers Juice and the BLT with oysters. Best sammich I ever ate! We will be back!

Quiet beach getaway/ working vacation

This condo was well situated and has lovely view of the sound in a very quiet community. Neighbors were friendly. Check in was easy, very responsive management team. The only issues were 1) not very clean; some of the dishes were dirty and the coverlet on the bed was dirty - very glad to have a washer & dryer! 2) the bed and the couch were not very comfortable. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay!

Great Getaway

We had a great time! The place was just as it looks in the pictures, and it overlooks the causeway. It is a little ways from the beach to carry things to, but not bad! Would go again!
