Two additional full bathrooms are conveniently located off the hallway. A large family room offers even more space to unwind, with a large TV, video games, a queen-size sofa bed, and access to a spacious deck with additional seating to take in the sunrise.

Entertainment options are endless with a fully equipped game room in the garage featuring a ping pong table, foosball, a large TV, and video games. Two adult bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, beach wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella are all available for your convenience. Complimentary kayaks and paddleboards are offered throughout your stay with a deposit required, and a golf cart is also available for rent.

The home is perfectly situated just a short walk to clear waters of the private Soundside Beach along the Intercoastal Waterway, where you can paddleboard or kayak in peaceful surroundings. The famous white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf is a short walk to the public beach access offering endless days of sun, sand, and surf.

Outside, the private back patio is equipped with comfortable seating and a gas grill, making it the perfect spot for evening cookouts.
