Fitted with a king mattress in the master bedroom and 2 queens in the guest bedroom, “Sunset Paradise” comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Each bedroom offers a mounted TV and beautiful décor. The living room is fully furnished and decorated to appeal to those looking for an ocean themed condo, with an even better view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a large flat screen TV and sound bar to enhance your movie watching experience. Once you are done enjoying your favorite movies, you will be delighted to enjoy the outdoor patio furniture overlooking the water. Beach Colony resort offers access to an Olympic sized swimming pool, community charcoal BBQ grills, and tennis courts. “Sunset Paradise” is perfect for families and couples alike. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**
