Thank you so much for staying with us! We hope you love the home. This property is managed for a homeowner who values the home very much. Our hope is that you will treat it like your own. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Please note, the kitchen faucet must be on and touched in order for the water to flow. Pool maintenance visits the property every Monday morning. Please note the pool is not heated and has a depth of 5 feet. Hurricane Patio Doors: Make sure the the bottom lock is unlocked, pull the door towards you and lift the handle up. While the handle is in the up position, unlock the top lock and the door opens. Pet Fee is $150. Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash pickup is on Wednesdays. Due to bears in the area, all trash must be bagged and tied securely and all 4 locks must be clipped. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay.
