Clean. Well equiped. Only problem was no wifi. Took several tries and days to get a answer to our question. Management provided restitution. Other than the wifi a great experience. We will be back in dec 2026.

A long week with small kids!

The rental’s WiFi failed after the first night there! No one could work, watch Tv or play our music! Also, the sink was clogged and there was hair and sand in all the bathrooms when we got there. The condo itself was spacious, had easy access to the beach and the best pool in Navarre Beach. We just won’t rent any property managed by Vacasa again!

The location of propertyis fabulous and the condo was nice. However I do feel a few rugs in heavy traffic areas would be helpful. Each day we would vacuum because sand would be all through the

Love the location

Great location if you want to fish off the pier and easily access 2 nearby restaurants. We walked and biked everywhere. Very chill vibe in Navarre. We will definitely go back!

Nice place just needs a couple of things fixed.

Nice place clean. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. Nice tub in the master. Nice patio with new high top table and chairs. Drain in shower in master is extremely slow. Dryer only heats when set on quick dry otherwise clothes don’t dry. A/c turns off if door is open too long. It was off when we arrived and it was very hot. It was 98 degrees outside and not much cooler inside. Ceiling fan in living room only works if you manually start the blades running. Otherwise a great place we enjoyed our stay. Huge pool. Nice beach we rented umbrella and chairs.

Location bottom floor was convenient

We loved the location and convenience of the bottom floor. We stayed the whole week so we struggled with the uncomfortable furniture in the living room. I recommend the furniture be upgraded to make guest more comfortable but besides that we had an excellent stay. The checkin process was confusing and I recommend the Vacasa address and instructions be communicated better. There was no one local to help.

Condo

Great condo. Crappy internet and furniture. You could barely sit on the couches. The outside table and chairs were hightops. Not good for older short people. Internet was so crappy couldnt pull up the weather channel. Kind of important at the beach. Should get at least 2 trash bags for a weeks stay.

Nice Unit

Unit was located on the first floor which provided easy access to the beach and parking lot, no waiting on elevators. Very clean, all appliances and utilities functioned as expected. Only small issue was we only had 5 fork utensils. Bottomline is we would rent this unit again.

Not a great time

As soon as we cane into the condo it smelled like mildew. Upon closer inspection there were several mold spots in the kitchen. The ice maker didnt work and the master bathe shower and sink wouldnt drain. Also to get anything to go down the toilet, you had to hold the handle down until all the water drained from the tank. Once were all set in we found out that the wifi didnt work and that the dryer didnt dry. We werent concerned so much about the internet the dryer however was a huge issue. We texted them on sunday and called them on monday. Someone finally showed up on Tuesday and said that the heating element was out and theyd have to order the part. They did say we could take our clothes to there office down the street to dry them but thats not very convenient. Luckily we were with a group that had their own condo and we used their dryer. They also informed us that the ice maker had a busted line in the wall aparently contributing to the mold in the kitchen. They did however get the sink and tub draining. The huge pile of hair they pulled out of the shower drain was in the bathroom trash can. The internet never worked the whole week. Oh and one last thing the handle to the sliding glass door had stripped screws. And they did fix that as well. I have stayed at this condo before and never had any problems. You would thi k that they would check for certain things like the dryer and ice maker working. Considering those are both big ticket items for vacationers.

Great stay!!

We loved our first trip to Navarre Beach at this property. I only gave it an overall rating of 4/5 stars because the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the dryer barely got anything dry & the tv in the living room did not have any sound. I did speak with a lady about the issues, & told her I was fine with the tv not being fixed until after our stay because we weren’t watching it much anyways and that we would try to unplug & plug the router back in for the Wi-Fi, but that didn’t work. But again, not a big deal because we weren’t sitting in the room a lot anyways! But wanted to let others know because they might want to know little details like that. The people from Vacasa are easy to get in touch with, so if that is a big deal for you & you have those issues, I’m sure they can resolve it easily. They were so well stocked inside the room with all the extra little things you might need like trash bags & toilet paper. Overall, great stay & great vacation!

Spring Break 2023

The location was perfect- close walk to pool and beach. Sound of the waves every night thru the sliding door- absolutely relaxing. The unit definitely needs updating- especially the patio furniture. It was rusted and held together with white tape. Luckily we had beautiful weather and didn’t need to be indoors but had there been rain the seating was uncomfortable and the dining chairs were dirty.

Condo was in great location, easy parking and access to ocean. Condo needs some updates, but worked.

Good experience, condo could use some more towels and instructions listed for gym, parking garage, checking out process.

The kitchen is not stocked very well and the bamboo chairs in the living room are not comfortable, a couple of recliners would go a long way. Other than that it is a nice place. Thanks Tracy H

Maintenance Needed

Location was good. Maintenance issues- Deck- Table legs rusted horrible, one leg missing 6 inches from rust and gone. Cannot use - You CANNOT LOCK PATIO door, and it's first floor! Security issues! Bathroom- - 2 lights in bathroom didn't work - Tub had sand from prior guests? - Knob missing on vanity door, couldn't open - Towel bar about to fall off Closet- - light burnt out, only dim, useless cannot see in there. - 3 hangers only to use - bedding in trash bags, on shelf - extra blankets pillows tossed up there in wads, not fold, just crammed on shelf from previous renter? - 2nd bedroom No storage at all. Kitchen- refrigerator had broken shelves - Not A BROOM anywhere to sweep! - No dish rags, just a sponge - Dishes had food on the plates, I rewashed everything by hand Dining/Livingroom- - Couch had some kind of stains on middle cushions, avoided that area - Missing chair at table, only had 5 Br prepared to hear lots of dogs parking non stop and your deck is right where everyone takes there dog to go. Location great, could be nice if owner was to check on up keep and what the managing company is NOT doing.

First Time at Navarre

The condo was roomy but outdated, and there were several thing that needed to be fixed. The bathrooms were not that clean. I would not recommend staying at this particular condo, but the complex was nice. Didn't like having to park on the upper deck of the parking garage, can't understand why we couldn't park in the allotted spaces for this unit.
