Spacious condo with everything you need to make your stay restful and relaxing. Some indoor furniture and all of the patio stools could use some updating. Otherwise it was a great place to relax and unwind.

Poor rental manager

Checked in to overwhelming paint smell. Completely different furniture than what was advertised. Stayed during the snow storm which was fun to see. Hard time with furnace keeping the unit warm. Checked furnace filter as there was almost no air blowing. Found it completely clogged. Nice new furniture but not what was advertised on site. Paint dust everywhere. In cabinets and on all the dishes. Looked like housekeeping came in an just wiped a few things down and called it clean. Rental company contacted and were very responsive. Said open windows and doors to get paint smell out. It was 24 degrees outside so that wasn’t an option. Ok, went to bed after a long day of travel and dealing with all the cleaning issues. Both of us sunk to the middle of the bed. Checked under bed to find all the support laying on the floor. Bed was not put together. Took bed apart and set it up properly. Was comfortable.Overall, it will be a nice unit to visit once everything is done and it gets a deep clean. Come to Navarre 3 times a year for over 30 years. Won’t use this rental manager again!

Condo needs total updating

Beach and view were great, needs comfortable sofa on balcony, needs all new furniture and sheets, furniture is very old and non matching, carpet is old stained shag carpet and has bad odor in master bedroom, I have stayed at Navarrre towers three time and other unit were well appointed . Owner needs to update this unit badly asap.

Little love

This condo was in a great location. It does need a little love. The carpet in the bedroom is stained felt gross. A fresh coat of paint and spackling would go a long way. The outside chair (out of only 3) 2 were very wobble. The 4th was broken in the spare room closet.

Great area, poor management

We loved the location and the beach, that part of our trip was perfect! Check in was easy and the condo was nice. Needs a little updating. However, the communication with Vacassa was terrible! We will never stay at another property managed by them. We had an issue with a tv in the Master which isn't a big deal except for at night but it took us three days of back and fourth and finally on the third day and after a 52 minute phone call we were finally put in contact with a local manager who had our issue resolved within 2 hours. The representatives on the phone where short and nasty and didn't want to escalate our issues even after multiple calls and texts. The lady from Vacassa that we were talking to on the 3rd day for 52 minutes told us they are trained not to escalate and it took us asking for a local supervisor over 3 times. This is terrible. The local Vacassa team were great once we were able to be put in contact with them. I have never experienced anything like this.

Great place, amazing view

A great place with an amazing view. It was better than the pictures described and the only negative I could come up with is the balcony door was hard to open.

Did not quite meet expectations

First, the property was not exactly clean. The showers were both moldy and had hair from precious stays on the wall. I did contact the property manager and they were helpful with this and apologetic, I provided pictures. We were instructed to text a number for beach chairs in the morning to be set out, but never received a response. The property manager also tried to call and said the local department would get with us, but they never did. We have stayed in vacasa managed rentals several times and had expectations for the property that just werent met this stay. The cable receivers were all unplugged and took quite a bit of troubleshooting to get the tvs to work. The guest bedroom isnt finished and has a ton of exposed wires and a mirror just sitting in the floor. The overall experience was just not as relaxing as previous says and while we will still use vacasa, we will pass on booking this property again.

Clean, roomy, and beautiful view

Very impressed with the size of the unit and bedrooms. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Beaches and condo were not crowded. Guest room bed was very uncomfortable : ( We enjoyed the beach chair service.

Navarre Beach

Location is great. Beach is beautiful. No spring break vibe. Restaurants in the area okay. The owners do need to update the information book about how the beach chairs work and how the internet and TV work. The appliances are old and really do need updating. All and all it was a very nice stay.

Best Beach Experience EVER

Usually I stay in Gulf Shores but this time I took a risk and chose Navarre. What a wonderful experience. My friend and I took a girls' trip for a week and the place at Navarre Towers was perfect.

No door code

The only problem we had was we did not receive a front door. Ode to the condo. We had to speak to several people to get the code reset. Took about an hour but once it was reset, Everything was fine.

Overall, very nice and relaxing stay

We stayed a total of 5 full days at Navarre Towers room 1003. We had a great time and weather was great all 5 days. The view of the beach was spectacular! Everything was clean and neat. There were just a few little things that we noticed that really did not affect our stay, but I just wanted to point out. We did have an issue with the door code that was sent to us in that it did not work. We called VACASA and they were able to give us another code and that did work. One thing to note is the lock or door is a bit off center, so you must pull the door towards you as you turn the lock to get in. No big deal once you figure that out. The bedroom furniture in both bedrooms is different then what is in the pictures. The bedroom furniture was fine, and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. There was no nightstand on the left side of the bed in the master. This again was no big deal, just wanted to point out that the pictures may need to be updated. Like some of the other reviews, the cable TV was a little finicky. Mostly in the evenings the video would just freeze. I found by clicking back to the main menu and then picking your station again would cause the video to play again. This would happen several times an hour and only after 7 pm mostly. This could be due to internet overload as more people could have been using the shared signal at night. We did bring our Amazon fire stick to stream our movies and that always worked. Again, no big deal to us but more of a FYI. The switch on the wall labeled WI-FI does not have anything to do with the Wi-Fi. It controls the lights behind the couch. I was not sure if I should flip it until I could not figure out how to get those lights to come on until it was the only switch in the place I had not tried. The shower was great one of the best we have seen in renting Condos. Would have been nice to have a few more drinking glasses. Since there was only two of us not a big issue but if there are more than two in your party that could be a small issue. We did not use the pool but did walk by it and it was nice. Overall, very nice and relaxing trip. Just a few little things to pass along that may help other guest out. I would stay here again.
