Free Beach Service for 2026! (March - October / 2 chairs and 1 umbrella)

This 17th floor condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico from its open floor plan. Ceiling to floor windows that follow the wrap-around balcony offer incredible views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters. Relax on the beautiful leather sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV or gather around the expansive kitchen table for a delicious seafood dinner or game of cards with the family! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with top of the line appliances and a tranquil breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with balcony access, a private en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and stand-alone shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds and just outside of that bedroom is the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. The third bedroom, which faces the Santa Rosa Sound, has 1 queen, a kitchenette with small microwave, mini fridge and a sink, as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

It's the perfect beach getaway for any family! The Pearl has a geo thermal pool heated year round, a hot tub and fitness center overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and a small meeting room available. A wheelchair ramp to the beach is also available and it has also added a handicap lift in the pool. Just recently The Pearl of Navarre also installed an EV charger. Community gas grills too!

Beautiful views

Family getaway weekend. The perfect place to hang out. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting on the deck chatting and just looking at the water.

Great unit!! 🐚🏝️

Loved the condo itself - best stocked kitchen we have stayed in - kitchen has everything you need!! The view was amazing and we had plenty of towels for our extended stay. However, I do not agree with the HOA allowing certain breeds of dogs in the building. In the future, we will probably stay at a different building.

Spectacular View

Overall, a wonderful stay! Beautiful condo and beach! Best oceanfront view we have ever had due to being on the 17th floor in a corner unit! Could see both the ocean and sound side from the corner! The unit was spacious and accomodating. It was clean by most people's standards, and satisfactory for mine. Those of us who are "clean freaks" and who notice detail could definitely find flaws, but there were no bugs and overall the unit was clean and well maintained. Example of flaws that kept me from giving this condo a 5-star on cleanliness: lots of visible dust on blinds, walls & around air vents, lamp shades, etc. Also, kitchen is showing some wear--markings on stove knobs has worn off, so you are guessing what temp you're on, paint on cabinets worn off around handles/knobs, some loose drawers. Those are all pretty minor issues, though, and overall we were very pleased with this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Family Trip

The agent said she would call/text when the condo was ready for us to check in. When it was 5:00 we went to the leasing office and everyone was leaving. The condo is very pretty and large with an incredible view of the ocean. Would have thought there would have been more than one trash bag and a few rolls of toilet paper.

Only complaint is the condition of the microwave which has duct tape holding it together and missing parts. Kitchen cabinets in need of repair/ paint.

Check in and Maintenance

First of all never received a email stating where to go to get packet or the gate code. NO information!! Luckily, we arrived before 5 on Sat and with someone coming out of the gate we got in and someone was in the office at The Pearl. Secondly, I can wait on maintenance men at home as there were 2 issues. No water or ice and after repairman still did not work. Again dishwasher did not drain and both kitchen sucks were stopped up. Man came out Friday after thanksgiving day and the trap was full of shells and sand. Unit needs regular maintenance, all cabinets need attention and unit needs painted. Next time we need to rent a nicer place.

Best vacation ever

Had such a wonderful time. Normally I'd rather say in a house or townhouse for more privacy. But this condo was wonderful! It was so beautiful, clean, & loved the amenities. Very happy we stayed here.

Summer Fun

This is our third visit to the Pearl and remain convinced that it is the best area for vacation. We have rented condos in the surrounding area - Ft. Walton and Perdido Key - on multiple occasions and like the Pearl the best. We do have one complaint regarding beach access as the ramp at the end of the boardwalk is missing some boards making it difficult to gain beach access.

Perfect winter getaway

This condo was the perfect escape from the winter blues! The heated pool and hot tub were delightful in mid-February. The balcony views from this condo are breathtaking. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and clean. The space was perfect for my family especially with the children's room with two beds. From the master you can hear the ocean waves at night. The property manager even left a welcome gift for us upon arrival. I would 100% stay in this condo again. I plan to book it again next winter. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
