*Parking - The garage area will hold 2 vehicles, with room for  4 in the driveway.  PER HOA RULES:  Vehicles are not permitted on the street, including but not limited to boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis.  For your convenience, a public parking area is located along the main road of Gulf Blvd. for parking these items.

**As this home resides in a private community with permanent residents, guests should abide by community rules, including parking, noise, trash, pool use, etc.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The home itself is beautiful. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom. However, I had a lot of problem getting in touch with the property manager. We could not access the garage to park our Vehicles in. There was no place to put our outdoor items and so we had to leave them outside. The house is not three stories. The garage is the main level. I reached out numerous times to get the code and was never given one. When we got there the garbage was left from previous renters. Other than not having a place to store our cars or beach stuff, the house was great. Property management needs to step up their game and respond to renters.
