「This is a great place to stay for two people. Although, the furniture was outdated, everything else was perfect. Its a wonderful getaway if you like to enjoy the beach. Beautiful doesn't define the area. 」

「Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked great, and the bay view was beautiful. The only issue was that our code did not work when checking in. We called the guest services and they were able to fix it for us. We also were not left wristbands, but we were able to get those as well very quickly. I would definitely recommend this condo! 」

「I've stayed in many rentals, good and bad. The rental although small was well kept, clean, and located in a walkable area... perfect . I was very impressed with the amenities. There was no need for me to bring all that I did, hair dryer, coffee, wine, soap, etc., because it was all there to include beach toys. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers were comfortable and taken care of. GOOD JOB!」

「I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. The entire booking and access process was simple and the management team were great communicators.This will be favorited as one of my go to spots here in Pensacola. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great little place to stay in the area.」

「We stayed here for my daughter's sweet sixteenth birthday with a few of her friends, everyone had a great time. The beach and the sound are super close and we found a short cut to get to them. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub that were also very clean. On Saturday we had the pool to ourselves during the day it was great. The hosts called to make sure everything went smoothly on check in that evening and was very accommodating to anything we needed....

「This apartment was so cute and comfy. The host was on top of answering messages. When i come back to Pensacola, i will definitely be staying here again. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The unit was nice, comfortable and was well stocked. Very clean too! The area is quiet and peaceful, which made relaxing easy. Host responded to questions immediately and gave us great tips on restaurants in the area. The sunsets were some of the most beautiful I have ever seen! Definitely a hidden gem! Can’t wait to visit again! 」

「We love staying in East Hill because of its’ proximity to downtown and the beach access. Finding a dog friendly unit with direct access to a park for walks and “business” was a real plus. We enjoyed our stay and will def. come again!」
