"Overall this was a good budget friendly option. For the price it was cery clean and the staff wre very friendly. I would clarify that the breakfast was only on the first day and only a bag of cookies and a smashed muffin. And while it is close to some areas of interest, i would make sure to get a few bus tickets if you want to venture further than the Norman palace or Palermo Cathedral. "

"Lovely room, just like the pictures. The shared dining/kitchen area is handy too. It was lovely taking a bath and watching tv after a long day exploring Palermo. The balcony faces straight on to the train station/bus station, and there is noise from the street through the night. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Ballarattik. We enjoyed the property (clean and pretty), the delicious breakfast on the terrace (with a breathtaking view onto the city) and the top level service and hospitality. Our host Rosario made our stay in Palermo very enjoyable, with prompt communication and sharing greats tips and stories about the city. I will happily be back next time I am in Palermo."
