"The directions to the cottage were overall good but could be better. Needs a bigger sign maybe to help but at the same time was easy to get to. Loved that it was close to Branson, Nixa, and Ozark. Had plenty of options to choose between. Loved the peace and quiet. Hot tub was amazing. Got to see turkeys, deer, and hear owls. Beds were comfortable. Stairs to loft were a bit tall but manageable. Absolute pleasure to stay here."

"The property is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is REMOTE -- be prepared for that. The roads to/from the property and any store or restaurant are very hilly and twisty. (I wouldn't want to drive them at night or in rain or fog.) But, honestly, the best rental or hotel I have ever booked. So relaxing. A great way to get away from everything and recharge. (And that's not even why we were there -- we booked so we could attend an event in Branson but wanted to avoid staying in Branson.)Also, extremely dog-friendly which we so appreciated. Not just "dogs allowed" but affirmatively dog-friendly.Highly recommend and if I need to return to the area, I would absolutely book again."

"We had a wonderful visit. We couldn’t get the tv to work but it wasn’t a complete necessity for us so no big deal. This is a truly secluded and peaceful space. I would recommend it and we will definitely be back"

"Emily was very easy to communicate with before, during and after our stay. She provided a list of places to eat and activities to check out while there. The treehouse was just the place to stay for forty-four anniversary. Every thing was perfect for a very relaxing time."

"We had 10 adults and 10 children under the age of six and this property fit us perfectly… There was plenty of space to eat to sleep and to play. If you need a place that makes you want to stay there, this is the one. Because the kids were young, we needed room to run and play. I can see us coming back when the kids are a little older because the game room would’ve been great for preteens! Thank you very much for a beautiful day."

"The property was off the beaten path. The place was super clean and quiet. We did not see anyone the first couple days. We did not know there was more to do at the place. The breakfast was served down in the trading room of the winery not in the lodge itself. We did have a coffee bar and it own coffee set up in the room. Communication was by phone with the daughter. The wallpaper was peeling and mirror was cracked in bathroom. The wifi was being worked on which was no big deal for me. The owner and daughter were super nice and accommodating once we finally met. We can't wait to stay again."

"We have used a couple properties by this owner and we keep coming back. The home is welcoming, clean, and in a pleasant neighborhood. It has a great deck and we enjoyed many uses of the propane barbecue. The Double E Burger is not too far away and their homemade personal pies are very good. The VRBOs we stayed at by this owner also have nice computer work desks. Bring your computer, the monitor and printer are ready with a good desk chair."
