This was a pop-up market outside of Taichung Stadium for New Year's Eve but delicious dumplings can be found at any Taiwan night market - it's not specific to this location! Usually you can choose fried or steamed and choose your sauce. Of course some dumpling stalls are better than others and since this will only put you out a dollar or two, I recommend trying many of them to find your favorite!

"Location was great (never more than 200m from a bus), staff helpful, communal water dispensers, door on the shower, modern place, luggage storage. Negatives were that the fridge didn't keep food cold, there were hairs randomly around, the air conditioning was never at the temperature I set it at (although it was close), the sink drain plug wouldn't stay open, the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, plus I don't think they wash the floors often as there were stains around that were possible to be wiped away."
