"We had a mixed experience at Starlight Hotel. The room was well equipped with a TV, desk, mini fridge with water, large windows, plenty of storage and two large beds. The bathroom was spacious and included a rainfall shower, bidet, hairdryer and illuminated mirrors, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient, close to the main square and tourist attractions, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were friendly and made check in easy. There are also dining options available in the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, there were several downsides. The TV did not have working channels or access to smart features. The room had some cleanliness issues, including hair, stains and signs of wear. The safe was not usable due to missing batteries. Air conditioning was weak, and opening the window led to noise from outside. There was also some disturbance from other guests that was not resolved. Additionally, the kettle was provided without tea or coffee, and the room was difficult to locate as the hotel is down a side street. Overall, the hotel has a good location and decent facilities, but improvements in maintenance and comfort would make a big difference."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Within a 10 minute walk to the square. Also close to where the bus from the aiport picks up and drops off. Along with good places to eat. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but good and filling. My only critism is while there is noise cancelling from the outside of the hotel. There is not from within. I regularly heard people talking outside my room including people coming back late at night. What I would say however is for the price it is incredibly worth it. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tirana. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their kindness and professionalism. The service was exceptional, and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel itself was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully designed. My room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location was also perfect—close to everything and very convenient. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. It truly felt like the staff cared about making my stay special. "The room was spacious, well decorated and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and spoke good English, (must admit that I found Albanian a difficult language to get into!). Location is great being only a short stroll to the centre of the City. There are plenty of quality restaurants within easy walking distance."

"Room was immaculate. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke basic English. Hotel is in an “up and coming” area - the street is very dingy but right next to Tirana’s swanky centre. Arrival was a bit disconcerting - there is nobody at reception except at breakfast time. Arriving at 7pm we had to ask in the shop next door to find the owner. We found Albanians very helpful to tourists. The only thing we didn’t like about the hotel was that you can’t flush toilet paper (bin provided). "
