「We bought the cancellation protection and ended up needing to cancel the last night of our stay. We had booked three rooms for our employees who were there doing a temporary job. We contacted Expedia about canceling the last night for the three rooms. They made several unsuccessful attempts to reach the hotel manager with no success and just said that unfortunately we could not be refunded. Very disappointing.」

「room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly, though i didn’t finish my stay because the property is just in a loud area and i couldn’t sleep at all」
